Nice looking new place compared to the old greasy-floored restaurant. However...the whole fast-food drive through concept needs to be rethought and/or improved upon. Sure...having a drive through and being new makes this a popular place with cars lining up to order. Nevertheless, it took precisely 36 minutes for me to get up to the ordering speaker box from the time I'd pulled in to line up at the back of the line. Then there issues at the box. I could barely hear a whisper from the employee taking orders and not sure if my replies would get through while wondering if my order would be correct.From the ordering speaker box, it took another 15 minutes (all timed on my iPhone) to get to the drive-through window, where I found out the name on the order is completely incorrect ... as I suspected due to either the poor quality of the two-way communication system or lack of training of its use or both. I paid for the order and got my foods and on my way.The food is good but is NOT quite the same as from the old place...the burgers tasted different (like a premade...can't put my finger on it yet), as did the buns they were made with. Cheesesteak is okay, and tatertots were not as greasy as before.If you come to dine here and see a line of cars in the drive through, I'd recommend going inside or be prepared for a long wait...I actually saw some friends over at the carwash next door and chatted with them to pass the time waiting in line for my foods!!!

Service was not good, food was ok. Don't need to return if this is how your servers are going to treat customers......

Horrible as soon as you walk in the stink is just bam in your face then you get seated and everything is sticky you order it's all good but you hear staff chit chatting on the job not paying attention you get your food and it's so fricking sloppy and gross looking and it taste just as it looks they have almost no management they have just teenagers working overall really bad they come to pay and they are like how much of a tip but we couldn't give a tip because of personal problems and we said no and I saw her go behind the bar and start crying and looking at my family it just needs Gordon freaking Ramsey to help the staff is nice but not well put together and they don't work together

Visited the reopened restaurant Sunday. It was s very pleasant experience! I ordered the Carolina Special with onion rings, others with me ordered small Americana Cheeseburgers with fries. The rolls were fresh and hot. The burgers were hot, well cooked and neatly presented. The sides were hot and very well cooked. Desert was a hot fudge sundae. Service was good. This is nothing like the recently closed restaurant. We will be back soon and often

The Hwy 55 in Elizabeth City is the worst. We stopped by On Monday 10/16 about 4:30. It was not busy at all, I understand why. My wife ordered a Pimento Burger with Bacon on the side. She told our server that twice. The Burger arrived sloppy looking (just like the cook) with Bacon on it, it was dropped quickly with no time to look at it before the server left. My wife got up told them AGAIN she does not want Bacon on the sandwich, so the geniuses just pulled the Bacon off, and took the half of the cheese off when they removed the Bacon, then brought the sandwich right back. My wife went right back up and told them to just cancel the order, she does not eat bacon and if she wanted to taste Bacon she would have done that. She was over it at this point. My sandwich was not worth eating. They really need some ADULTS working there!

I was excited about a new place for steak subs and burgers. I was sadly disappointed. Got a steak sub . It was the dryest sandwich I think I've ever had. Nothing on it. And the first 2 inches was just bread .And they were out of mushrooms . I think if your out if an ingredient you should give a discount . It was so dry you could hardly swallow it. We opted to upgrade fries to onion rings . At an expense of course. We got about 5 onion rings and if we thought the steak was dry that was no comparison to the onion rings. Tried to eat what we could. We don't have money to throw away like that. I had such high hopes. . Not sure about the rest of Thier food ,but don't waste your money. $25 for 2 meals that were inedible.. .
