Hunt and Gather is a treasure trove in Hampton Roads, bringing together a unique curation of businesses specializing in vintage, antiques, and more--all under one roof! It's a fantastic spot to spend an afternoon with a friend, exploring over 70 different vendors offering various vintage, antique, handmade, and new goods. There's truly something for every decor style.The variety is impressive, and it's easy to get lost in the nostalgia and creativity of the pieces on display. From charming antiques to stylish vintage finds, something always catches the eye.While I did notice the absence of public restrooms, which is a bit inconvenient, and the staff could have been friendlier, these minor setbacks didn't overshadow the overall experience. Hunt and Gather is still a great visit, and I'll definitely be back when I'm on the hunt for unique home decor.If you're a lover of all things vintage and antique, or just enjoy discovering one-of-a-kind items, Hunt and Gather is well worth a visit!

Hunt and Gather has taken over the space previously occupied by a thrift/consignment shop. The feel and vibe and most of the vendors are the same but somehow it feels more elevated than before. I'm not sure what it is... but I saw some new items and shops inside that were much more high-end and selling new/newer housewares and decor that I really loved. One of the vendors inside I've seen at a few local art shows and I love her work - Blair Family Woodcraft featuring a lot of Virginia-inspired wood art as well as some take home kits where you can paint the wood and decor yourself for only $25. I found some gorgeous heirloom pieces and some art as well as some nice english china. Worth a browse if you are in the area for sure. Several available booths as well for people to take over so I suspect the inventory is always changing around.

This place is a vintage/ antique/ reused goods WONDERLAND! Those of us who enjoy the hunt will appreciate that there's more around every corner and in every nook and cranny. There is a curated thrift store vibe with great deals on preloved decor, instruments, furniture, and more. Make your selections and pay for them at the front with the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Do not sleep on this GEM in Ghent and check back often to see new additions. I find something every time I come here!
