Hub 757

Before I begin this review let me start off by saying that this review is based solely on my opinion and my opinion alone so with that being said let's go!!..This is the second time we ( my wife and I ) have visited this establishment, the first for a wedding party and last night was a birthday dinner party. Each time was delightful and the building being well maintained. The structure is modern and up to date with all of the state of the arts equipment you may need to celebrate any function! I would recommend renting this place out, there's plenty of space to move around with plenty of parking out front as well as the back of the building.

Awesome venue.I have heard only amazing reviews concerning this venue. Well this past Saturday, I see why... this place is an awesome!Spacious, plenty of parking and everyone in attendance (wedding reception) raved about how they loved the venue too.I am not sure how long this venue has been in existence, but I travel nearby all the time and had no clue it existed. Well now I am in the know, and I will definitely keep it in mind when deciding on venues from a variety of upcoming events.I am not sure if the venue provides food/beverage, but they do allow one to bring in food and beverages... which is a plus.Looks like the office hours for this place is daily except Sunday... open until 3pm if you have questions or concerns.So if you're thinking about a venue to house/seat 200 guests or less consider this place.Have fun and enjoy life :)

Great new space available in North Suffolk. A venue to fit all your needs. Several rooms available based on the size of your party, along with a stage and private parking. Plans in the makings for a play zone for kids to include various entertaining concepts for kids for birthday party festivities. A closed area maintaining security. Large well lit parking lot located on property. Kitchen on site for convenience as well. Handicap accessible through the whole building. This building is also the home of a preschool during the week as well as a church on Sundays. Perfect building in the area for meetings, weddings, concerts and performances.With a brand new building it is visibly clean which is to be expected but the staff is also friendly and eager to assist with questions and tours of the premises.

This space is owned by the believers church and it's brand new. They allow events here and I found out about it through a co worker. I met with the event coordinator and she was very sweet and personable. Any questions I had she was able to answer. They do have church services here so events aren't allowed on Sundays which is 100% understandable. I did like the main entrance of the venue it had a kind of open and rustic feel which I thought was perfect. The area would be nice for a cocktail hour or holding a wedding ceremony. The area where the reception would be held was a good sized space and with the eight wedding decorator you could do a lot with the space and turn it into something completely different than what you initially see. Also their prices are very reasonable especially if you are like my fiancé and I and wanting to put more into the honeymoon than the wedding but still want something decent. I was interested in the space for my wedding and right now I'm still considering it. Also she said they might be building a gazebo area outside.

Beautiful venue. Excellent acoustics. No better place for a conference. Docked a star because am coffee service was served in Styrofoam cups and no real cream, only coffeemate. Tasty Lunch had plenty of sweet tea available but no unsweet.Highly recommend otherwise.

Absolutely AVOID BOOKING at the 757 Hub! They have absolutely NO flexibility when it comes to rescheduling events. I paid them over $1000.00 and requested to change the date with over a 30-day notice and they would NOT accommodate. They will try and KEEP ALL YOUR MONEY! NOT JUST THE $250 DEPOSIT. THEY WANT TO KEEP IT ALL! THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU HAVE A DEATH, INJURY, ACT OF GOD, THEY WILL STICK TO TELLING YOU "RESCHEDULE MEANS CANCEL AND FORFEITURE OF ALL YOUR MONEY" Any adjustments will be unrealistic so they can weasel their way out of having to provide reasonable accommodations. I DARE THEM TO WRITE THIS IS NOT TRUE. I WILL POST ALL THE EMAILS AND RECORDED CONVERSATIONS. If you don't believe this review, call them and ask them if you book with them and have an emergency that forces you to reschedule, what their policy is for "RESCHEDULING" and why they don't have it written in the contract if they try and tell you something else! Confirm if they WILL or WILL NOT put it in writing. AND I GUARANTEE YOU THEY WILL NOT! DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY, ONLY WHAT THEY PUT IN WRITING! Despite being promised the option to reschedule with reasonable notice, they insisted on not considering the written request. We had planned a surprise birthday party, but we needed to reschedule due to an emergency the birthday guest could not attend. Shockingly, the venue refused to accommodate us and only offered to move the date up two weeks or back a month to November. When I questioned why they couldn't provide a date before their fiscal year in August 2024, the manager Megan evaded the question and simply claimed she was trying to help without answering the question. I asked her how I could plan another event in less than 30 days, especially with out-of-state guests, after having planned this one since March for October. Her response? "You signed the contract!" Yes, I did, because I believed they were a God-serving entity. They may deny being part of the church, but they are renting from the church building. When I mentioned writing to the Pastor at the Believers church, Megan dismissively said they were not affiliated. Their faith and beliefs do not align with the mission of the church. I booked an event in March 2023 for October 2023, and this experience has been nothing short of disappointing.

My experience with Hub 757 could not have been better- the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive during the event, and Bonnie took care of everything we needed. I cannot recommend this space enough for those in Hampton Roads and am excited to work with Hub 757 many times again in the future!

We held our wedding and reception at Hub 757 in March of 2019. Using the Commons Room, 200+ people were seated comfortably and fed for the whole event. We used our own caterer to, as Jamie and the staff were available to give advice and direction. So, we truly recommend giving this site a look.

Ok, so I know I am only 13, but this place is so amazing! :D 4Real is a great place for me and my friends to hang out and worship. The services on Sunday fill me with joy, and working there in Treehouse with the kids makes me feel glad I am helping parents. My Mom and Dad work there, my Dad on security, my mom behind the help desk. The things this church provides to me and my family are extremely helpful. This church has helped me through tough times, very rough times. I never want to go back to that point in my life, and this service has just propelled me forward. Same goes with my brother and my sister. Many thanks to all the pastors and staff. :D Keep doing what your doing, and many others will be helped.
