I had pre-ordered two of their Trick or Treat boxes, which gave me the perfect excuse to visit this place. If I could have ordered one of everything, I would have--everything looked so delicious and fresh! We ended up getting more macarons, oatmeal pies, doggie muffins, and lots more. If you've been on the fence about trying them, don't hesitate--your taste buds will thank you!

I get super shy when we go places and the cashier remembers us (well, my husband). Even more so, when it's the owner.I always forget how compact their interior is. It's spacious enough for my family, but add another family or even a few more adults, and it'll be real cramped real quick.I have an expensive habit of checking their weekly menu on their IG story. When I see something I really want to try, I tell myself that I'm only going for that ONE thing, buuuuut honestly? I always leave with a box full of goodies. I'm weak, okay? Haha.We always get a six pack of macarons for the kids. I'm honestly impressed at their variety of flavors. She has two full horizontal rows of flavors. Someone count but what is that, 20 or so flavors to choose from?! I can say we were fans of her strawberries and cream and fruity pebbles today. Not extremely sweet and such a burst of flavor in each bite. I wish we had gotten a few more of each one because my kids did not want to pay the parent tax today.Lady Marmalade doesn't have them often but another, 'okay twist my arm', favorite here are her caramel cornflake brownies. Where have those been all my life? I'm so glad they are NOT weekly because I don't think I could say no, whew!Overall, I love the friendliness of the staff. No matter when we come, or who were helped by, they're always so incredibly patient with the kids and friendly to us all.

Such a cute bakery/ pastry shop. Great selection of flavors of macarons and various pastries. This location is definitely grab and go sized, but don't let that dissuade you. The ladies behind the counter were very warm, welcoming, and helpful. I can't wait to come back.

Oh, Lady Marmalade, how I love thee... let me count the treats ... is that how it goes? LOLThis cute little bakery opened up at the beginning of Summer last year. I have been one of their BIGGEST fans ever since. My kids and I go there almost weekly. I have been slacking as of late, but I do notice that I miss it when we don't visit. When you walk in, you are immediately transported to a "little shop in England" (with my best English accent). It's a really tight space, but every inch of it is beautifully decorated (even look down by the door when you open it. You'll find a little thing painted on the wall, you'll see). First thing to note is this bakery is only open on Saturdays to the public. They do a lot of wholesale orders for a number of local businesses around the area. I believe, if you make custom orders, different times can be arranged for pick up according to your needs. These are some of our faves:- Millionaire bar - do not sleep on these. Shortbread layer at the bottom, light caramel middle layer, topped with chocolate ganache and edible star sprinkles. I know that they know they have a winner with this one, because this has been one of their consistent items, offered weekly. Or else, I think there would be an uproar from the fanbase haha- Scones - They are very large! Delicious! Chocolate chip is my fave but they've had all sorts of flavors from lemon blueberry to raspberry. They love to change it up!- Rice Krispies treats - not your ordinary RK treats. They are huge and are usually mixed in with other stuff like, chocolate candies crushed macaron shells.- Cookies - proper cookies, like big cookies with thickness to them. I have probably had them all:+The double chocolate orange cookie, topped with the Terry's chocolate orange slices. + Chocolate chip cookies - YUM. Just classic.+ Brown butter chocolate chip cookies - one of my all time fave. What's slightly better than a classic chocolate chip cookie? Add brown butter to it+ Sometimes they have specialty cookies according to the season (Easter chocolate mixed in) + Sugar cookies - usually beautifully iced with sprinkles+ Shortbread cookies - We had a bunny shaped one around Easter, 2 cookies with a jam spread in the middle and the top bunny had a heart shape cut out of it+ Oatmeal cookie cream sammies - It's a sophisticated version of the Little Debbie cookies (dunno, never had a Little Debbie, but my BIL goes crazy over these and that's how he describes them)Macarons - Flavors change weekly. Sold individually or in half dozen sleeve boxes. Also, they have the bigger macs. All delicious!Brownies - all different flavors, from Biscoff blondies, bourbon pecan, chocolate cheesecake. All amazing. Victoria sponge cake - Sometimes they have big one and sometimes they have cupcake size. A vanilla sponge cake with cream and jam in the middle, topped with powdered sugar. Not overly sweet. Just perfect.Cupcakes - I ordered red velvet cupcakes for my oldest's birthday last year and she was in LOVE. Refer to all my pics for all of the items I have had here, but that's basically everything! If they've had it, I've had it! LOLTips:- Go early. Their Royal fans are dedicated patrons and they snatch things up quick (ahem, *touching my nose* NOT IT! - but yes, #1 Fan)- They offer a "Royal Guard" discount for all military- They also do GORGEOUS custom cakes- Look out for holidays, because they go all ham and come out with special treats! If you have a sweet tooth, go here. If you have a special occasion coming up, go here (but call ahead). If you are basically a breathing human, go here! It's one of my fave bakeries in the area! Stay safe, Friends!

Wow this a new bakery in Chesapeake, and it is so so cute! The inside is super small, it's meant to be a grab and go kind of place. BUT GUYS. These desserts are amazing. When I first walked in and saw the many options, I honestly didn't know what to pick. It just all looked so good. The desserts we did end up getting were absolutely delicious. I enjoyed every bite. I can't remember the exact names of the dishes at this point, but the fluffy vanilla cake was light and sweet! The filling of the different desserts is what truly stands out to me. It is carefully picked to compliment each dessert. The flavor always contained a perfect balance. Overall wonderful dishes. The staff were super kind and friendly. They explained all of the different desserts to me happily. You gotta take a special trip over to this place, it's truly special. PS Did I mention they make cakes for special events as well? You can order a cake, so definitely check that out if you're interested!

We seem to always end up here every Saturday. The employees are always so nice and patient. The store is a cute small store, it is clean and quiet. The parking/location could be a bit better, but it is a small business and that can come with time. They always have different menu items every week from crumble bars, cakes, cookies, macarons, scones, and more. They will have different seasonal flavors too, and their items can usually be found on their instagram if you want to know before driving out. Everything is fairly priced and they do offer military discount. We have also ordered a cake from them before and the espresso filling was amazing.

I am SO happy I stumbled upon this adorable bakery! The macaroons were amazing but I was absolutely blown away by this Victoria Sponge Cake. I took one bite and ran to my husband because I needed him to try it immediately he had the same reaction and we agreed it was one of the most delicious desserts we had ever had!!
