Chicken wings and who knows what other foods are in the white bin and below them!
General tso's chicken combo platter with white rice (standard comes with pork fried rice). Served with one pork egg roll for $7.75
Egg rolls are huge. The crab Rangoon has 8 servings, I just couldn't eat them all or even finish this meal!
Awesome family meal. Great for when you're having family over friends we just don't feel like cooking! A lot to choose from.
Why is this acceptable?
The lady was washing and drying vegetables of some kind outside on this day and was taking them back inside.

We decided to branch out and try a new Chinese place last week -- it's a never ending quest to find one that consistently delivers tasty meals without breaking the bank these days. Hong Kong has a family style meal that is a real steal - you get to custom select four items for about $30. That works fine for us having limited options to select from -- mostly it's the most popular fare that gets included. We ordered the sweet and sour pork, pork lo mein, cashew chicken and crab rangoon. We ended up with no cashew chicken and got general tso's instead -- also got a vegetable lo mein instead of the pork. It didn't matter much on the noodles, but I don't do spicy, so getting the general's instead of the cashew chicken was a big difference. Luckily we'd ordered through GrubHub so we were able to put in for a refund. We didn't eat any of that and ended up just throwing it away. The sweet and sour was okay, but has the generic bright red sauce which I've really come to dislike now that I've found other places that do a more traditional pale orange one.Overall, not super impressed. Will most likely be going back to our usual go-to places even though the monetary deal here on the family meal is pretty nice.

I could not in good faith eat here. On many occasions I have come by their side door open, and the egg rolls sitting uncovered on the ground. I have watch vegetables be washed outside and left to dry, and I even watched as the gentleman washed his feet with a pot (lime a sauce pan) outside that same door. I would not eat here.

Kind of a "hole in the wall" spot, but every time I've gotten the crab rangoons + wonton soup they have been out of this world!

Take out alert!! Super guilty of not wanting to cook or eat out in this weather. This place never let's me down in my hour of need. Chicken Lo Mein noodles and Singapore Mei Fun is where it's at in here - aaaand I have no photos to show because of how hungry we were... my bad!The noodles were darn tasty! I asked for the Singapore noodles not to be too spicy, but to still have a kick to it, and they got it spot on. So what did it look like? Think of really thin noodles, with prawns, chicken, veg, pork, with a curry taste. Yeah - that's what the Singapore Mei Fun looked like - and a VERY generous portion it was too. The small Chicken Lo Mein (there's two sizes) was delicious and filling. Thick noodles bathed in a sweet garlic/ginger/soy sauce with chicken strips and veg. They prepare food very quickly, so no need to call ahead to order, just swing by and take home. Oh, and the pork rolls are banging!! Too good to wait til I got home to eat them.

This is my favorite restaurant ever. The owners are very nice as always. The food is very tasty and the price is very reasonable. They even offer a family meal for 21.99. It allows you to choose up to four items perfect for family gatherings. They also have awesome lunch specials and even healthy options at do not include cooking with oil. The garlic sauce is awesome!

I really miss Ny's chinese food. This is so expensive and with no flavor. Only the delivery was good. I ordered fried chicken wings. Had no flavor no salt nothing just plain fried and no rice for 10.25 really? Ny has 4 chicken wings with fried rice for 8 with flavor and hot sauce also a bigger tray. The general chicken with rice was ok. But still pricey for a bit of food. And where's the hot sauce? Sorry but we won't order from here again.

After so many bad Chinese food experiences in Hampton roads I saw good reviews 4 Hong Kong Chinese restaurant on Aberdeen in Hampton and went all the way across the interstate to try them. I ordered 2 hrs in advance and I could tell by the steamed up bag it was left sitting there for the whole time. The meat on the chicken wings was black which tells me the meat sat out before it was cooked and they tasted old.The crab rangoon was mushy and not crisp, again because it was cooked way ahead of the time I requested 4 pickup. The shrimp fried rice was HORRIBLE, bland white rice with a few onions and tasteless shrimp, but as you get to the bottom it was just plain white rice. The food was just thrown together you can tell they dont care about their products appearance. The spareribs were just average and the juice spilled out on to my other food and all over the bag. 25.00 dollars for some crap. Couldn't order on line cause their website was jacked up. First and LAST time. They suck!

The shrimp egg roll was a cabbage roll with one shrimp in it...very disappointed. The instructions for putting the sauce on the side for my son's sweet and sour chicken were completely ignored. I'd give them no stars, if that were an option.

Someone referred this restaurant to me. Evidently, they were referring to the location in Newport News, rather than Hampton. I placed an order on the website, that totaled a certain amount. The website seemed as if it wasn't processing the order, so it was called in as a "carry out" order. Once placed, I was given a total that was slightly less than the amount reflected on the website. HOWEVER, upon arriving at the restaurant to pick up the order, the total was almost doubled! The order was almost $50 for General Tso's Chicken, Chicken w/ Broccoli, Chicken Fried Rice, Spring rolls & "Steak on a Stick" (which I thought would have been "beef"). Regardless, the chicken in all of the dishes, were "slimey" & unedible...whatever the mystery meat was, it definitely wasn't chicken. The steak wasn't beef "steak" at all ... and please don't ask, because I have no idea of what it could have been. The "fried rice" was just rice with raw chunks of onions, no fried egg or vegetables. The Spring rolls were gummy and not completely cooked through, aka: "raw". --- Then were no utensils or napkins in the bag. This was the absolute WORST Chinese food I've EVER attempted to eat. We ended up throwing the entire meal away. The biggest waste of money spent on restaurant food, ever. This experience put the "D" in disappointed. Lesson learned: stick with what you know. I will never order from this place again.
