Strongly recommend coming here if you have any problems with your Ducati. Dave and his team have been consistently delivering top tier service since I started coming there about two years ago. He fixed issues that no other shop could identify quickly and fairly priced. He rapidly repaired my bike after an unexpected breakdown because he knew I wanted to ride a ton after getting home from deployment. Definitely come here if you want great mechanical service and customer service.

*Military and DoD Personnel are advised to stay away from this establishment due to fraud and intent to deceive*"I was quoted for $400 that included tires, chain, my slip-on exhaust install and state inspection. I was also told it would take a day or two to complete. A week later they called and said the bike was ready and told me I owe $535. Turns out they didn't install the exhaust or do a state inspection and charged $135 more than I was quoted for. Total cost broke down to $300 for Shinko tires $130 for aftermarket chain $80 for labor and the rest tax. I do not recommend this place."

I was very disappointed to say the least. Customer service was of low quality... I should have read the reviews on here to say the least.Simply put, there is a huge price markeup -should have bought the parts myself and had someone else install.I would suggest customer service to improve, would not recommend this place to anyone. Claim to be "military friendly", however I would not recommend this to any one, military or not.

One star is more than this place is worthy of. I dropped off my car for an airbag recall and checkup, along with some door lock issues. The guy I was assigned to, Devonte Duprey, was a complete punk (zero customer service) and the biggest scammer I have ever dealt with. I've known to be careful around scammy car dealers, but this guy is over the top. He called me over the phone to tell me my rear door lock was not covered in the recall and that it would be $330. He then mentioned after the checkup it would be $15 for windshield wipers and $99 for fluid exchange (if I wanted). He asked if I wanted those services done, and I said yes. I expected to show up to a $450-ish bill, only to hear a total of almost $900! He additionally did work I did NOT authorize and also said that he said the fluids he changed were $99 a piece (which is absolutely not what he said). If you go to Honda Hall, DO NOT work with Devonte.I just read other extremely poor reviews about this place, I wish I would have read them before going here.

I've been in several times this year. Once to buy a scooter with my neighbor for her son, once to buy accessories and once to take my scooter in for repairs. The brain dead guys that work there are not only dripping out of the sides of their mouths but extremely rude on top of it all. I tried my best to engage them in conversation but to no avail. They have a cat in there which is fine but they are weird about her and say rude things if you engage the cat. They should leave it at home if it's that skittish. They act like they are doing you a favor to answer your questions. I'm done with these goons!

Went here to get a second key for my CBR. Place has a lot to offer, staff is very friendly. The main guy at the front selling the vehicles took time to greet me and ask if I needed anything while he was with another customer. He directed me to the back to the service dept. I was then greeted by a lovely lady (way more beautiful than the lady at cycle world). She helped me out with what I needed as far as fairings, keys, forks, and other things. There was a guy who came beside the lady and helped me out with what I needed as well. We shared our passion for bikes and all. Definitely some really good staff. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because of the cleanliness, other than that, everything was great. The place could use some music though, but it's just an option. Thank you staff for your help.

I'm not sure why other reviews were so poor, but here's my take. I wanted to get into trail riding and had been looking for a while. I walked in and the guy at the desk was helping someone, he greeted me and said he would be right with me. Turns out Dave is the owner. I asked a few questions and got his out the door price. I told him I would check around and return if his price was best. IT WAS! I returned and bought the bike! So excited! The other H dealer wanted $1200 more for the same bike. This shop is no fluff or stuff- straight dealing and right to business! I will absolutely continue coming here!

Sketchy customer service - every time I called or walked in during my bikes 50 day tenure I was given a different response on why it's not ready. The owner, Dave, would tell me one thing and I'd show up on the dates given and my bike hadn't been touched. 50 days to diagnose a 4 pin connector and I'm not even sure it's going to be fixed...Called 8 times and went in multiple times myself.
