In town for a wedding and was craving hibachi. I am not familiar with the area so I found the parking situation horrendous when I simply just wanted to pick up my order. My order also was not ready when I got there, even though I was over 10 minutes late due to the lack of available parking.My meal came with miso soup and a salad. I added on fried rice, instead of white rice (up-charge of $2). I found the rice to have an odd flavor. I also ordered vegetable spring rolls. The food was pretty good and the portion was HUGE. The price was great too! If you are patient and have time, give this place a try!

My friend and I visited Hokkaido Sushi on a Monday evening and found the restaurant bustling with several occupied tables. However, we were seated promptly upon arrival, which was a plus. The waitress was attentive right from the start. We explored the all-you-can-eat menu, starting with miso soup, a refreshing house salad with ginger dressing, shrimp sunomono, and cucumber salad.Moving on to rolls, I enjoyed a variety including a tuna roll, spicy California roll, rainbow roll, dragon roll, and shrimp roll. Each dish arrived fairly quickly, and the portions were satisfying, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients. The ambiance was conducive to conversation despite other diners around us, maintaining a quieter, intimate atmosphere.The only minor setback was waiting a bit for the check, but overall, the experience was delightful. I'm looking forward to returning for more delicious sushi soon.

A lively birthday party behind us, complete with sake bombs and cheerful laughter, added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening.Our culinary adventure began with a serving of miso soup and a side salad, setting the stage for the delights to come. The nasu miso, a baked eggplant with white miso dish, was a standout with its rich flavors and delectable taste. The fried calamari, while not meeting expectations, surprised with a "Korean" sauce that turned out to be Thai sweet chili sauce, offering an unexpected twist to what we had ordered.The samurai roll was a highlight, featuring spicy tuna and spicy imitation crab topped with salmon. The flavors were well-balanced, providing a satisfying blend of textures and tastes. Friends and I are frequent visitors of Hokkaido, and usually end up with a large table of of 5-7 people every time we visit. The waitstaff does a great job with large tables! We usually do the all you can eat dinner, and all the rolls are awesome. There's a huge selection for all types, from those who don't like sushi to people with more adventurous palates! No night here is complete without 4-5 orders of gyoza. There's also tons of options that are not sushi, making Hokkaido even more well-rounded for large groups of all tastes.

It might not be the best on the coast, but for this area, it's top-notch. The sushi is fresh, the rolls are flavorful, and the sashimi is melt-in-your-mouth good. We came in late on a Monday night and there were a ton of people sitting. The waitstaff were all super nice, but it took a long time to get our orders in and the check. The menu is insanely long. Every kind of combo of the same ingredients. I got two rolls and miso soup - both rolls were large, and the miso soup was very good. My coworker said the salad with ginger dressing was also good. The table next to us were doing sake bombs with their waitress chanting with them. So great ambiance!

Visitting the area and found it on Yelp. The food was okay. Love the calamari appetizer, so crunchy with the sweet and sour sauce. I got a roll and salmon sushi for my meal. The sushi was really big, i finished all sushi but ended up not finishing my roll. I didn't really like the sauce on the roll either. Service could be better.
