Plus: friendly staff, clean, good location to several restaurants, comfortable bed, laundry on site every other level, microwave and kitchenette area. Nice pools but indoor one with hot tub seemed really busy, key card to use elevator from ground floor added security. Deep rub (but hard to get out of safely), great water pressureCons: balcony was like a wind tunnel (granted a windy day but since side street between buildings think would still be bad), floor 3 and room location was a bit loud with street noise. My dad is owner and wasn't with us so unable to use some of amenities like 10th floor lounge. Way fire pit was set up was hard to sit out there with windy day couldn't feel warmth from it (wish a wind blocker), checking in situation was difficult around 6p. So many people leaving vehicles I had to double park in street to check in and Hope car was there. Parking garage a block or two away (we tried parking and bring in luggage manually that way was a bit difficult).

The service is horrible. It took forever to check in because they were chit chatting about nothing while folks waited in line to be checked in. Mind you, check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. They don't allow late check outs . It took forever to get sheets and blankets for the pull out sofa. There's usually a bed in a bag in the closet, but there wasn't. It took forever for someone to come turn on the hot tub. Y'all only give us very few hours to enjoy our stay, the least you can do is provide prompt service. Didn't enjoy my sleep because I was cold. There's no thermostat to control the heat. It's VA, but not a tropical island. Froze last night. The parking key stopped working for both vehicles that I had. Terrible stay!!!

Our experience here was awful. The "queen" beds are unbelievable small. They are no true to size. They were also very uncomfortable. Check in took over two hours and the staff didn't seem to care.We were here to Easter Week and they decided to not have room service at all that week. We left a day earlier than scheduled because we could no longer stand staying there. Just awful.

I was here for 10 days through Xmas and New Years. Me, mom and my little nieces had the greatest time. The girls loved the indoor pool and my mom loved the activities on the second floor. The staff was incredible. I'm sorry there were a few that I interacted with that I can't remember but I completely appreciated and loved the staff especially Joy and Lex the onesie twins at the front desk, Kelsey at the front, London who helped with our luggge a few times, Steve the GM, Jomari who brought us stuff to the room and who couldn't love Bingo with Abena. She was a ton of fun and should be a game show host. Also with her that was fun was Armani and Camila. Would stay here again. Loved it. Thanks for making home away from Christmas fun!

Wasn't expecting much and wouldn't have stayed in a Hilton but they were literally the only hotel with an ocean front room available on the strip so that says a lot and sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. I made the reservation through a third party call center which most of these hotels employ. I wasn't able to get in until after midnight. Despite it being a Friday, there was maybe one single person manning the entire hotel. Of course, with such a sparse crew, nothing in the hotel was open. Including the on site restaurant and bar advertised on the website but does not in fact exist anymore, just for your information. Accepted. Got to the room itself and it was an average room that had been half heartedly cleaned. Fingerprints from the previous guests were still visible and so on. I'm sure their cleaning staff is wonderful, but over worked and understaffed seems to be the general vibe. Asked for a later check out considering how late I was able to check in, and was denied. Told they had so many more people checking in they couldn't accommodate, but when I called back and asked if we could just keep the room for another night, it was suddenly available ( we didn't take it ) I try not support Air B&B because of what they do to neighborhoods and I've always preferred a hotel, though after staying here with its absolute lack of customer service or care or ability to keep a hotel of this sized staffed, not allowing staff wiggle room to appease guests just cries of poor upper management. Taking personal responsibility for throwing over a grand down for a room I was able to use for ten hours, and while waking up to the sound of ocean was worth it to me, it's perhaps not worth it for everyone.

Everything was pretty great except the elevator situation. They have 4 but 1 was. Down. 3 elevators for 21 floors is probably no enough. I feel like slot of my time was spent waiting on or in an elevator. The rooftop pool was FABULOUS and the staff on the rooftop bar were excellent, made me feel very taken care of. Our room was nice with a great view of both the city and beach. I would definitely recommend!!

Very, very dissatisfied. Normally I have great experiences at the Hilton. I am diamond member from how much I stay, it's my choice hotel since I travel quite a bit. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, smell was awful in the room, and we were charged for the parking garage even though we were told we would not be on the day of our checkout. The ice machines didn't work on our floor. I'm normally really patient with people who work during these times, everyone is understaffed and overworked. That being said staff was rude and unhelpful right out of the gate. I'm so disappointed about our stay, it didn't ruin our beach night but it certainly was an added stress. I really would not recommend this hotel unless you love 400$+ nights, argumentative staff, bad smells, bad sleep, no working ice machines, and added charges. :(

This was our second visit to this hotel. Excellent service and facilities. And their restaurant was exceptional. Read some of the other reviews and was confused whether it was the same hotel. I imagine many factors are involved as to whether the stay is stellar. As for my hubby and I, we will be booking another stay there again.

I was disappointed when I booked this trip. Yes it was clean. But I asked for ocean balcony view. Front view not looking at the side building of a dirty roof. I switch rooms and an added 200.00 to my bill. The 2 elevators are slow and sometimes don't work. Bring your chair and and umbrella because chairs on beach are not free. There is no boardwalk of shops like I thought. It's on the road behind and not a store of great quality. Plus the jets fly over every 12 minutes till 10 pm. If I am going on a trip for ocean dream I should have went to Texas or Florida for the price. Beware of how you word "beachfront balcony".
