I love using this store. We have a condo in Albemarle and have used them for our appliances. They have small town values and ethics and stand behind products. And you actually speak to the owner ... for everything!

I no longer use this store because the parking lot has so many pot holes you could lose your car in them, also not very well set up not sure why is allowing this franchise owner continue

I was given their name and number by the online people that made my cordless string trimmer so I called and she insisted mine was gas powered when of course it was not. I chose not to get gas powered because they are too hard to start. Anyway mine stopped working (charging) and I was hunting for a "recommended service center" which the company that makes it assured me would be able to help. I had already figured out that I needed a new battery by using the manual. She said she carries batteries for mowers and once I insisted the trimmer needed a battery as well she said she could order one but the third time she got rude I'd had enough. I got tired of her pointing out she was the owner as well. Basically she treated me like most men do, that I don't know what I am talking about. I never bothered to find out the price, I moved on to the next one on the list. If it had to be ordered I could just buy online and get it here at least as fast, right to my house and probably cheaper anyway. Girl, I know it's hot out but don't take it out on customers!
