It is hit or miss with Hardee's. It absolutely depends on who is working. Sometimes we get our order right but make sure BEFORE you drive away that your order is right. Make sure you have the sauce that your requested. Hahaha I have even gotten a Coke instead of a unsweet tea. I love coke so I was not mad about that. I am trying to cut back on sugar so it is not great for my health but I did not know until I drank it because tea is the same color. Inside is not always clean. I always go through the drive through but sometimes they are making improvement and they closed the drive through. So you have to go inside. The funniest was when I went in for just a drink. Ordered with the cashier. Payed the cashier and then she walked away before giving me my CUP. So the manager saw me and asked if she could help me. I said yes I payed for my drink and was NOT given my cup. Manager always doing a good job. Thank you for helping me.The reason I give them such high stars is because the food is always good.

I'm really glad we found Hardee's. The price is right. The reviews helped me make a decision, I have ordered 2 days left and it was superb. The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful, and very easy to talk to. Can't wait to go back.

Hardee's you are most certainly exceptional, I had a spectacular experience here today. The menu is great and I love the atmosphere. I've tried multiple items and have not been disappointed. Service was wonderful and every one working here was extremely nice and helpful. What an amazing find Hardee's is.

Hardee's you are absolutely amazing, I had a spectacular experience here yesterday. Awesome place and the prices are reasonable. The menu is really excellent, a lot of excellent choices, I had to go with New Monster Thickburger, and it was magnificent. Workers ensured every thing was fine. I can not praise Hardee's enough.

I am impressed, Hardee's was simply amazing. Every single thing is delicious, fresh, the crew is very nice the place kept very clean. New Monster Thickburger was really magnificent, I wanted to order everything off their menu, but glad that I chose New Monster Thickburger. Staff ensured that everything was ok. Service was slow, lady at register was out of it. One day ranch is free next day it costs 28 cents. Will not be coming back if they keep trying to charge for sauce!

Great Neck Square SC, the GM is a complete ASS! Talked on the phone while he was making the food, completely oblivious to what was going on at the register. I ordered my food, paid 18.00 plus for it, and waited. I waited while the dining area cleared out and all the others customers before and after me got their food and left. I noticed the lady who took my order was trying to make contact with the GM still talking on the phone, trying to get his attention to make my super sausage biscuit. My other order had already be picked and was sitting under the heat lamp for 6 to 8 minutes. I had them remake the order with fresh items and finally got my super biscuit. The GM didn't even offer to apologize to me. Got my order and left. If they will do that during dining, just think how long your food would sit under a warmer or the drive thru. I will not be returning to this establishment as during previous I heard the GM yelling at the employees. No wonder they can't keep any help!

I don't know how this location or Hardee's in general is still available or relevant. I pulled up one evening on the way home to grab dinner for the family. I was told to hang on by the drive-through attendant. No communication for at least 3 to 5 minutes. With no one in front of me, I told them bye and rolled out. Just doesn't seem like this company is committed to staffing or providing quality service in this day and age. The brand in General Needs a refresh as their stores have looked the same since 1970. I'm not going to spend anymore money or waste anymore time trying this or any other Hardee's location until I see a refresh and them committed to changing what they've been doing wrong for the last 50 years

this is the worst Hardee's I've been to in a while. the service was extremely poor. I admit it started to go down hill after they got rid of the manager Jennifer but then they brought in Joanne and she was making positive changes and she was always friendly. but the manager they have there now I don't know his name it began with a C but he was extremely rude and the other manager that was at the window was even more rude. first they made me wait almost 20 minutes for my order and when I finally get it I make it all the way home only to realize nothing in the bag I received was anything I ordered. I am extremely disappointed.
