Hardee's

Stopped by Hardees for a quick lunch. I went through the drive thru and ordered a 2pc tender kids meal and a chicken sandwich meal. It cost about $14. I was greeted at the window and the lady was nice. But then another person came to the window and the 1st lady must not have communicated what sauces to put in the bag, because nothing was in there. So that kinda bummed me out.. The chicken was dry dry.... I needed that sauce!! Lol. The chicken was also very flat on the sandwich. Wasn't alot of meat at all, mostly breading. The kids meal tenders were absolutely tiny.. Lol. I mean not even really a nugget let alone a tender.. The fries were hot but i had a very small amount. It was no where close to full. The orange soda was very watered down also... I couldn't drink it.. No use in drinking orange water with all the sugar in it but no flavor... Smh. So the 2.5 stars are for the fries being hot and the nice lady at the window. I wasn't really pleased. I don't think I'll return anytime soon.

Not served, people just standing there looking at customers. Poor customer service. And not a white person insight.

New dress, same pig. My husband and I went for dinner last night, October 16, around 4:30 at the Indian River RD. Husband ordered the monster burger and I got the monster bacon burger, no mayo, no onion, add mustard. I had to explain what I wanted the cashier two or three times. She could not seem to grasp the no mayo onion part. I pointed to the picture and had to say I want that but no mayo, no onion add mustard. So, 15 minutes later, people ordering after us got their orders first. Not by much, 4-6 minutes. When we finally received our order I checked it out and my burger had pickles and mustard only, no lettuce, no tomato. Again I had to repeat myself three to four times how I wanted the burger, only to be told they didn't have tomatoes. When I got home, guess what was on my husband's burger.....tomatoes. The manager asked what they could do for my inconvenience and I stupidly said give me an apple pie instead of a refund. IMO opinion that should have been the offer from the manager. Oh, I have to add that my burger was ice cold and I'm pretty sure all she did was put lettuce on my existing burger even though I specifically said I wanted a new one made. I will not be going back there.

I don't do fast food very often but my wife and I were in the area and were hungry so we buzzed in for some takeout. This was only my second visit to a Hardee's restaurant in the past few years so I chose to skip the drive-through lane in favor of entering the restaurant and studying the menu boards. This stand-alone restaurant sports a large private parking lot with more than enough room to handle their volume of business. The lot appeared well maintained and free of debris. Entry and exit to and from Indian River road is convenient and easy. Upon approach I noticed signage on the entrance door indicating they give a ten percent discount with a valid military or public service ID, I thought it was a nice touch. When I entered the restaurant I was struck by how clean it was. It was a Wednesday evening shortly before 7 PM, there were a few diners scattered around the dining room and all the empty tables were cleared and clean. I checked the restroom and found it clean and properly stocked with supplies. Service was great. The employees were friendly and efficient, they seemed to enjoy a feeling of comradery as they worked together. All I ordered was a couple of thick cheeseburgers (one with bacon and one without) and a couple fries but they made me feel like a valued customer and I enjoyed the experience. When we got home we dug right in and enjoyed our meal. The fries were delicious, crispy outside and soft inside with just the right amount of salt. The burgers were excellent, cooked just right, constructed very well and presented attractively. We really enjoyed them. They actually looked a lot like the pictures on the menu board, how often does that happen at a fast food restaurant? This Hardee's is the closest one to my house so if I get the urge for another fast food burger I won't hesitate to pay them another visit.

This Hardee's has been here forever. I come here before hitting the interstate for a road trip=as was the case for this visit. I usually do not eat fast food too often., but it 's a nice treat and one less thing to manage before heading out of town. The biscuits are heart shaped and so CUTE! I will say this biscuit was the best shaped one so got the paparazzi treatment. for Valentine's weekend. Our breakfast sandwiches and hash rounds were tasty and typical fast food fare...so 4 stars.

Previous reviews said best customer service they've had in a long time. I must have caught them on a bad day. Attitude, rushing order, and then can't even get order right. Ask for a frisco thick burger only to get a quarter pound burger. Plain hot dog for my kid and get a chili dog with the chili all over the place. Request one meal and ask if that was all while saying what the next meal was going to be. If you wait even a second longer, you'd know there was more to my order. No patience. Then give me two milk cartons for my kids covered in some sticky substance. Then replace them with two other cartons covered in the same amount of the same sticky substance. "That's the best I can do." Not even offer a napkin to at least let me wipe it off.I should have listened to my kid and gone to McDonald's.

I've never been treated so rudely by a fast food worker and every single employee I encountered here today was so rude to my father and I. The food wasn't terrible, but some of it was burnt and clearly shouldn't have been served to patrons. I feel gipped!

The employees here care so little about their jobs that you won't get your order right. Maybe if they paid more attention and didn't care so much about goofing off on the job they would be better. Avoid this location unless you want to deal with idiots.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it came to my table cold, with no cheese and a little piece of lettuce. I asked them to put some more lettuce on it and the missing cheese. The manager told the cooker to re made it. After 20 mins my family was done eating so I asked them for my burger and it looks like nobody took care of it so I requested a refund. Someone left the burger at the drive through rack, and anyway it was given to me. I opened it at home and it was disgusting to see how they packed it (wasn't remade at all)

I wish I could give this place a zero rating. They are as slow as molasses and very rude. Customer service is non-existent. I waited in the line about 25 minutes for three biscuits and a coffee with sugar and cream. They gave me the coffee and said there was sugar and cream in the bag. There wasn't. I asked for sugar and cream and they gave me sugar and told me they were out of cream so I returned my coffee because I was on my way to work and I don't have sugar and cream at work. I don't drink black coffee. The clerk was pretty annoyed and gave me my refund without apology and no eye contact. This is pretty consistent behavior at this location. They should just shut down if they can't get decent employees. The one star is for receiving hot food.
