This review is specifically for the service department. I have utilized Hall the last four years since the purchase of my car at Hall Mazda. Appointments are easy to schedule and typically you can get an appointment within a day on standard oil changes. The service advisor I most often deal with is Jolynn who is phenomenal! The service manager Kamal also is excellent! He is very involved in the frontline with his advisors. Also from service standpoint the young man who shuttles drivers is so friendly. I've had one very large service covered under warranty during parts supply shortages of 2022. They really shined and kept me updated over three weeks. The extended warranty I purchased covered 100%. Recently I had another issue that my extended warranty covered. The purchase of these were much more valuable than expected. Hall treated me so well, no hassles. The waiting area is comfortable. They offer bottle water and coffee. Customers receive updates through their text system that effective. Checkouts are quick and each service you earn points that convert to cash to use on future service. Often a free oil changes. The one area I would love to see added are car washes upon delivery after service. Their competition does it. I'm thrilled that I can recommend Hall Mazda with a full 5 stars.

Wonderful experience!! The entire process was painless, and you often can not say that about the car buying experience. I had been looking for a vehicle for 5 weeks, testing driving a handful, and expanding my search radius every couple of weeks. I am SO GLAD I found this listing. That same day we looked at 2 other near home, then we drove 100 miles to test drive one at Hall Mazda and at another nearby Mazda dealership. We bought from Hall. I think that says it all. The entire staff was polite, helpful, and genuine.Two other things, the have 'reward points' (check out their website for that), and they even delivered the vehicle to me when it was ready. I am so impressed with this location. I called yesterday to see what the process would be to get my vehicle inspected. This morning I arrived at Hall Mazda around 8:20 and the check in process was quick and painless. I was told that my vehicle should be ready within an hour. I barely plugged in my computer with the intention of knocking out some work and within 35/40 minutes I was being handed my keys. Super fast service and friendly faces. The waiting area was stocked with beverages and plenty of seating with tables and charging stations available. I will be back when my vehicle needs to be serviced.

Go see Phillip. We went to Mazda because I had an itch to take a look at the new CX-5. We have an older version, and why not see what's changed? And of course, we drove home with one!My experience from start to finish was what I had hoped for. I was greeted by Phillip outside, and off we went. Phillip was the perfect salesman. No pressure, and was very knowledgeable. The whole team there was very friendly and respectful. The process in my opinion, was way too easy! Haha! I am very fortunate to be in the position I am in life. At other desks, I could hear folks trying to find the best way to buy a car with what they could afford, which in some cases, was all they had. The Mazda folks were all trying to find a way, respectfully, and without judgement, to make this happen. I think I heard a dozen different payment plans, all to make the buyer more comfortable with their payments. To me, that shows a lot about people. And in this case, the Mazda folks seem like good people. When I buy another Mazda, I will come here. Well done.

This was my fifth and final visit to a dealership and Hall Mazda underwhelmed me. Jonathan didn't look too thrilled to be working on Black Friday and didn't seem to give two s**ts about me after I mentioned I was just looking to see the CX-5 and not buying (but when has saying, "I'm not looking to buy right now," actually stopped a salesperson from trying?). Jonathan was all reaction and no anticipation - there were pauses and silences in our conversation which only ended when I asked basic questions. Sadly, the answers I received were sparse and lackluster. That just meant more silence, from both of us.It felt like a bad first date where both parties realize they have nothing in common. In this case, Jonathan would've been sitting at an empty dinner table because he was so... apathetic. Jonathan didn't have his business card on him. I had to ask for one, which prompted Jonathan to go back inside to fetch one. Jonathan didn't ask much about my preferences, outside of my budget, and didn't ask for my contact info to follow up with possible leads. Hell, he never asked if I'd like to look inside a CX-5. Dude, I even said, "Yeah, I'm here to take a look at your CX-5." So come the f**k on, that's the one question a customer ALWAYS expects to hear, because even if one sucks at selling, at least the seller can let the product sell itself. Luckily, the CX-5 is slick as hell - I'm leaning towards coppin' if I can find the right trim/package. But it's safe to say I'm not buying from Jonathan - dude didn't care. I hope not all salespeople at Hall Mazda are like this. Are they? JV

Virgil Ware is the BEST! He deserves 10+ stars!! My first communication with Hall Mazda was through their website and eventually was connected to Virgil. He answered all of my questions. He was very patient, personable and friendly. I purchased the CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve. This is the fifth car that I've purchased new and my first Mazda. I fell in love with this car as soon as I sat in the driver's seat. The car sells itself. I REALLY enjoy driving this car everyday! I feel like a kid driving my first car!

Bought a car from here a few months back and it went a lot easier/pleasant than I was expecting, especially as a more socially anxious individual. I had Demetrius helping me out and he was very patient with my anxious, indecisive self and was always friendly/kind. Price wise, I had a budget and we easily stuck to it.I definitely recommend asking for Demetrius!

Update: Thank you Desiree for making this right and repairing the window. - Rebekah I purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler a few weeks ago and they put the "sale sticker" on the back side window (soft top) The sale sticker melted into the window and because the top was aftermarket they will not replace it. They want to offer a $500 credit instead of replacing the top. Even after they told me they would fix it. I'm currently waiting to hear from someone higher than the service manager and Christy. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and would not recommend this company if they do not replace this top. It looks much worse in person - see pics below
