Guardian Travel

Hands done the most friendliest and knowledgeable travel agent I've worked with. I've been working with Janet and her team for 20+ years. I've taking cruises, stayed at resorts, land tours and etc. and she has been vey accommodating and patience with my needs and prices are very comparable.Guardian travel has a full staff so it's easy to work with anyone of her ladies. They are located off of Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake across from Lowe's but no need to go in to the office because everything is done on the phone or online, very convenient.

This was not my favorite travel agency. The didn't do anything wrong but they weren't very helpful either. All other travel agencies I've used didn't just book our flights, they worked on getting us the best deal. Typically before leaving for the trip, I've received travel documents in a nice folder or binder, nice travel tags with their logo, and bags for each traveler to hold documents, passports etc. This agency just sent me a link and said go here. I also normally get a call or an email after the trip about how everything went but not in this case. If you're just looking for someone to book your flight & hotel then ok but not if you're looking for an agency to go the extra mile in making sure you have a great vacation.

I should have know at the start of my call that this would not be good when they said we do not book carnival often. booked 4 cabins with them and do not have a very good feeling about it. bad at answering calls and emails. I used gift cards to save money and it was a huge hassle to them. really don't feel like I got a hood deal after hearing about others on the same ship. also booked a short cruise to get back into cruising mode and no thank you for booking or anything. felt like scum at the bottom of their pond. will not use again and would not recommend either. I sure hope there are no problems when we sail!
