Amazing guacamole! Fajitas were delicious! The service was wonderful, so glad we went !

Delightful place with outdoor seating. Hubs and I came here after arriving to Va beach hungry and late at night. We strolled for some food options but this place caught our eye . It was the one place that was busy , served food, and had plenty of drink options. They immediately served us chips and salsa which was tasty. Hubs had the chimichangas and loved it. He enjoyed the wonderful white meat chicken even better than the beef chimichanga. It was such a good portion that he couldn't top it off all the way. I had the chicken taco salad. It was delicious! The chicken was excellent quality, all white meat (my fave) and plentiful. We asked for hot sauce and they brought out a bowl of house made spicy sauce. It was tasty and it wasn't chipotle style smokey which we both aren't a fan of. I had the house margarita on the rocks and since it was so big I asked for a to go cup and they happily gave me one. It was one of the best margaritas I've ever had. Not over powering sour mix- just a perfect balance of Cuervo and lime .

After spending a day at Virginia Beach, we went to Guad's for dinner after checking out the menu and being satisfied with the extensive options. We got guac, chicken chimichangas, chicken chlaupa and enchilada, and veggie fajitas. The guac was delicious and definitely fresh, but it was hard for us to finish with everything else we ordered. I loved my chicken chimichangas and the chicken chalupa was pretty good, but I felt that the Taco Bell chalupa shell was superior. The veggie fajitas came with an impressive amount and variety of vegetables but my friend ran out of tortillas to build her fajitas.

An enjoyable, East Coast, Mexican restaurant at the beach... reasonably priced the fajitas for two was more than the rest of the meals slightly less expect other than you are at the beach. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, service came out very quickly . Nothing bad to say but like most East Coast, Mexican restaurants nothing really that impressive.

Food was really good and the service was excellent! The chimichanga lunch special was only $12 and a decent portion for lunch.

Margaritas were subpar, flavor of food was okay, and there's 20% Gratuity right of the bat.

We visited Guads while vacationing in Virginia Beach. My partner and I love Mexican food, but this restaurant was sadly a disappointment. When we arrived, we quickly got seated. The staff was very friendly and attentive even though they were busy and seemed to be a bit short staffed. We got complimentary chips and salsa that were to be expected in taste. We ordered the Mole Chicken and the Carne Asada. My partner liked the Mole Chicken, but the Carne Asada was terrible. It had absolutely no flavor, and it had a lot of fat on it. I could barely eat it. If you're looking for Mexican food in VA Beach, I recommend you go somewhere else.

Wait: NoneServer: Both guys were nice and attentive. We sat at the bar.Food Quality& Order: I ordered a no shell Taco Salad. He ordered a Chicken Quesadilla. It was all decent. Meaning if you've had "real Mexican" then this doesn't compare but it was good, tasty, quick Mexican food. Would definitely stop in again when in the area. Atmosphere& Decor: I was so attracted to the authentic color palette. It was bright and cheery inside even on a super rainy day! I loved the bar set up. Would love to see what it looks like in the Summer. We were the only people there for a little which was also nice. It was quiet, we watched some futbol, and we enjoyed our food.

Terrible service and attitude. Good food.Hostess was sitting on a bench on her social media when I came in. I did not know she was the hostess. Asked to sit at the bar for lunch. The restaurant was almost empty and the bartender abandoned the bar while I was waiting to pay my check. After about 10 minutes, and seeing no wait staff, I asked the hostess if I could get my check. The bartender appeared and told me that I aggressively waived my hands at her and raised my voice. He told me that I am not to ever approach the hostess nor talk to her during my meal. We talked with the hostess and I asked her if I waived my hands or was rude to her. She was embarrassed and told me that I was aggressive but admitted I did not waive my hands at her. There is no way in the wide wide world of sports that even the most sensitive snow flake in the world could have construed my interaction as aggressive. I apologized to them both anyway and offered my hand to the bartender. He refused and told me he did not want to shake hands with me. Truly a fine dining experience! I wont be coming back.

Best Mexican we have ever had! Stopped on our stay at Virginia Beach Good atmosphere and pretty affordable!
