Again? Dang! This one is from a grub brother in Memphis - we modified it to better suit the locals. Tortilla chips topped with bbq pork or chicken, grub BQ sauce, jalapenos, fresh pico & queso cheese.

Upon arrival we were seated right away on a Saturday evening. The service was really good and the waitress was attentive to our needs. We ordered the Southern Fried Smiles as an appetizer with Come back sauce. The fried okra pancakes were perfectly cooked and the sauce went well with it. I ordered the Ragin Cajun Pasta with catfish. It was delicious! I definitely recommend it as it was perfectly cooked and not spicy.

The food here is great! I tried the possum the trash can, which is a very delicious rendition of nachos with bbq sauce. Highly recommend. Also, I had the chicken philly with the okra fritters. The okra fritters were okay. The more you eat them, the better they taste (it comes with a sauce) but the batter wasn't seasoned so the fritters were a bit bland. Our waiter was super friendly and personable. I'll be coming back!

We've been here a couple times and never had a bad meal! The servers are always very sweet too. This time I got the Hot Brown Mess and it was really good! The gravy wasn't too salty; there was bacon on it, so you know it was good. I got devilish eggs as a side (you get 3). The inside isn't anything special, but it's clean and I will be back!

My wife and I were on a little weekend getaway and were staying at a quaint little Airbnb a few doors down from Grub Brothers. The menu looked great so we went in and hung out at the bar for a few minutes and ordered some burgers to go. While waiting on the burgers to come out, a few regulars engaged us in some lovely conversation and made the time fly by. The atmosphere was very cheerful and the patrons very personable. I ordered the Smokin' Bison Burger and my wife got the Southern Belle burger. These burgers are large and were cooked to order. The cook temp was spot on and the flavors were all there. My burger came with a brown gravy that was delish! Their fries are seasoned and quite tasty as are the onion rings. Not too much breading and the onions are the star. Overall, a very pleasant experience with quite tasty food. Would definitely recommend!

The ambience was quaint and the staff was very complimentary. The assortment of food was incredible and could support any palate. I had the peel and eat boiled shrimp which was great. Very comfortable atmosphere. Will go again when in town.

Small bar/diner. Gives dove bar vibes while also having good quality food. Great service. Plenty of drink deals throughout the week. I got the shrimp and grits and not only was it delicious, the portion was big.

Would love to give this place a higher rating but it's so hit or miss each time we go. We used to go for the peel and eat shrimp special every week when we first moved here but lately the shrimp have come out over-cooked and still soaking in water where you have to lean the tray up against something so your shrimp aren't water logged. Guessing they don't have a timer back there, this should be a quick and easy win for any restaurant within reasonable distance of water. The wings at times are great others not so good, I'm not sure if there is a night where the A team is working and we should be avoiding the other nights? Could be a very solid spot if not for the ups and downs. Service is also hit or miss, it's never been terrible, but never been great either.

We stopped by for a quick bite while checking out historic downtown 'Little Washington' with not much time to spare. The service may have been imperfectly executed at times, but prompt and very kind. For vegetarians, they have black bean burgers, which I did not spot on the menu but were mentioned by our server.We ultimately chose the fried pickles with comeback sauce and a three salad sampler of deviled eggs, pimiento cheese, and pasta salad with homemade crackers. They even whipped up a 'Shirley Temple' mocktail for our teen and made her one to go in an insulated cup when we had to depart.A fun location with character and good eats. Would recommend and return.
