Greensprings Vacation Resort

After coming back a year later,I see some improvements, the new company that manages it, Hilton Vacation Club, looks like is listening more to their guests. Better furniture, better products in the restrooms, a small snack stand at check in. Slightly, better maintenance and landscaping.Still room for improvement but it's better.

Stayed here to go to Busch Gardens Decent amenities (basketball tennis courts pool) definitely family friendly. You have to bring your own balls not sure if they rent balls or not. Decent living quarters: upon check in I'd highly suggest you check everything out. The pull out sofa had no linens and the mattress ewww was soiled badly. We called for linens took over an hour and they brought a bag of PILLOWS!! Luckily we brought air mattresses but two of our guests ended up sleeping in the car which was not what we paid for. Kitchen had one of everything so bring your own utensils and pots if you plan to prepare food there. Walmart about 3.5 miles away to pick up items Wasn't picture worthy. The buildings looked like condos or apartments didn't give resort vibes

We stayed for the first time in a spacious 2 bedroom unit at Greensprings. The most important thing to me is a comfortable bed so it gets an A for bed & pillows. My husband wants water for showers to be hot not lukewarm, so A on that too. We did not stay in a renovated unit so it could used updating from the gold & brown decor. It was clean though which is more important. Our unit had a king in one bedroom and 2 very high twins in the second bedroom. The only thing missing in the kitchen was a baking sheet. There was a coffee pot provided. It had a patio with chairs which was nice which overlooked part of the golf course. There was also a grill and picnic table nearby. We had requested a first floor unit which we got. We did not go to the 90 minute Hilton update presentation as we were busy with friends. We would stay here again.

This place is a disaster poor customer service no communication. I am still here awaiting the simplest thing like shampoo and conditioner as none was provided in my room Diane gave me extended check out from 10 to 11 however, I have totally wasted time chasing these basic things that should be provided in the first place total waste of time. Beware you can do better.

This resort is very well maintained with very pleasant staff and loads of things to do. The resort is clean, well manicured, and the rooms are everything you would want. We will come back year after year

IF I could give this dump 0 I would! Our family have stated at this resort for many years. Our family reserve a minimum of 6 2-bedrooms per stay. We stayed December 23-26, 2023 and the rooms were NASTY AND DISGUSTING! WHAT CHANGED? We used to love vacationing at Greensprings but now I wouldn't take my dogs there. I really wish I could send pictures to show you how Nasty it was. If you are looking for a nice and clean resort, STAY AWAY FROM GREENSPRINGS RESORT!

This property has not been well maintained. The furniture and flooring look very worn and dirty. The bathrooms have not been updated since being built 25 years ago. We owned two of these units as timeshares many years ago. The facilities were lovely then but the quality went down every year even though we paid annual maintenance fees. We no longer own the units, but came back for a two day visit. Glad we didn't stay longer.

I am not someone who can't wait to leave bad reviews - quite the opposite but....this place. For what you pay for the stay, the cleanliness is really disappointing. Yucky hairs in the shower and a *brown* smear on one bedroom wall. Also, if you arrive at night and don't know you're way around, it's impossible to find your building/unit. The lady at the check-in provided a paper map showing a highlighted map but it was still tough despite her saying it was "super easy." I would not choose to return to this place.

I booked a 4 bedroom condo from 8/10/23 - 8/14/23. This was my worst experience with a hotel in my life and I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.Due to some "technical issues", the hotel could not get keys to properly program for our rooms ( and you need the keys to go through the main building door - then after walking up 3 flights - to open another door before getting to both doors for the 2 - 2 bedroom connected rooms that make up a 4 bedroom unit). The keys did not work on 8/10. The keys did not work on 8/11. The keys did not work on 8/12. Full buildings were open, but they would not relocate us. 3 hours waiting in line at the front desk were wasted. The front desk was rude, and we had to wait between 20 - 60 minutes every time we needed to access the room (or even building). The front desk was a quarter mile from the condo building, and 2 senior citizens and 2 toddlers were frequently locked out in 95 degree head for up to an hour. It was completely ridiculous, and I would not recommend any one spend any money at this lousy place. Waste of $1795. It was not safe to have toddlers in the rooms since if they just closed a door, they could be locked inside for an hour while we wait for a creepy maintenance guy to get around to coming to unlock the doors. I had to book another room at a different hotel for the safety of my children and inlaws.

Very disappointed that I couldn't send pictures directly to Greensprings, no email availability to communicate. So... I've have been to this location multiple times, however, my last visit... we asked to be relocated because room had a very " stinky" smell and we were given a different room which was very tired looking. Outside our deck the sewer line must have overflowed and there was toilet paper strewn on the grass. The shed outside of our complex which housed vacuums was left open and looked terrible. The wall in the room had staining on it. Great hospitality is providing a clean and pleasant environment, to which it wasn't. It's all about the the details.. appears that this facility is in trouble. Sadly, I will not go back.
