Great China

Was excited to see that bourbon chicken was on the menu as a new item as I tried this place for the first time. I have to say that I was disappointed with the overall result though. The price was more most other Chinese takeout options in the area and my expectations were that of the taste of the bourbon chicken in the mall food court which this fell way short of by far. With that said I will not be returning to try anything else and will continue to support my usual spots.

I really wanted Pancit, some people call it Singapore Rice Noodles so I looked this place up....apparently not on Yelp dang because I was disappointed. What I got was basically lo mein made with the small rice noodles. Not what I wanted or anticipated. It tasted just like lo mein but that is not what I ordered.

I had the best Chinese takeout order ever! I am so glad I have discovered Great China. The hot and sour soup is the best I have ever had! It had really generous ingredients in it such as meat, tofu, mushrooms, carrots. The broth was so perfect and decadent. Perfect amount of spice to the soup. I also had the wonton soup. The wontons were big and stuffed with a great amount of meat. They were so giving with the duck, soy, and other sauces. I also had the General Tso's chicken and white rice. The food was so nice and warm, the chicken was perfectly made. I am so happy with the service and food at Great China, I thank them for being generous with portions, food, quality, and everything in the food order. I can't wait to go back!

Good stuff. It's what you'd expect from a Chinese restaurant. I like the boneless spare ribs and chicken with broccoli. They used to have delivery a long time ago and then stopped so I was happy to see they now deliver through Door Dash. I still rather go in house to avoid Door Dash's ridiculous prices but it's good to know. Nothing surprising here. Good old fashioned, cheap eats from a Chinese American restaurant.

We ordered on DoorDash our food was a amazing and the portions were big my hubby and I ate off our orders for 2 days ! He got general Tao chicken I got Mongolian beef with sides of fried wontons and steamed dumplings and pork egg rolls! The flavors were on point! And I must say the dipping sauce for the dumplings was the best I've had ! Idk what they use but most places sauce tastes bland , but theirs packs some flavor! Great job guys!!! Thank you!

Worst Chinese food I've ever had. The fried rice was horrendous (looked like it was cooked in a gallon of soy sauce it was so indescribable). The boneless spare ribs were undercooked to say the least and the flavor was disgusting. The fries crab legs were really just bread with tiny pieces of imitation crab meat. I don't recommend this place.

So the first time I ordered here I have the Hunan chicken. I had thought it would've been spicy but it turned out to be very sweet. The next time I ordered I had the shezuan chicken. The lady on the phone said it would be spicy but it just ended up tasting like the first chicken I had bought from here. It wasn't bad but I was disappointed because I wanted spicy chicken. I am also starting to believe that it was the same chicken or there is no difference between the Hunan and shezuan one chicken. The food wasn't bad had the shrimp fried rice but it wasn't perfect. I would give this place a 2 1/2.

Umm.... I ordered bourbon chicken, and in add iron to the price being $14c, I had to pay an extra $3 for fried rice (as opposed to white rice). There were 2 issues with this place: am 100% CERTAIN THAT WAS NOT CHICKEN!!! They really piled it on, but most of the "meat" was the shape and length of the piece circled in blue (see pic). Based on the length and consistency of the meat, I think it was squirrel meat. (I tried squirrel meat at a family reunion some years ago.)The second issue was that the fried rice only came with onions--big chunks of onions! No carrots or peas and not even any egg. The rice was brown and hard. I guess it COULD be considered "fried rice," but for that price, they need to do better!More people need to call them out on their "meat," and stop letting them serve you this crap--especially at elevated prices.

Best Chinese takeout ever I really enjoyed my meal. it was super fresh and didn't have that old oil after taste you sometimes get.

Hot fresh good Chinese food! Prices aren't bad for the amount of food you get. I'll be ordering from here again
