Good selection of souvenirs, sweatshirts, cute beachy ankle bracelets, puzzles, and we're welcoming and kind to us and our pups (1 is a service dog)! We would shop here again. Edited to add: we had the complete opposite of the 2 posts below. I was actually very undecided about picking a sweatshirt to buy and was there quite a while. The employee working was attentive, talkative, and friendly. And the owners even told her over the phone to tell our pups high from them.

There are several OBX locations, selling T-shirts, sweats, children's clothing, and souvenirs. Cute stuff, somewhat high prices, but good quality and sometimes you can catch a sale. Great sweatshirts, and my gf bought a purse there that she absolutely loves and has gotten several compliments on.I only gave it 4 stars because of the prices, but it is still not that bad considering the general price of all OBX memorabilia. For similar items but of slightly lesser quality, head to Wings.

I was really impressed with the customer service here. I was looking for t-shirts for some family members and wanted to check this place out. They have a huge selection of sweatshirts and t-shirts. The prices are average. When I was checking out the employee graciously added a coupon for me. When we were leaving we were thanked several times for our business and for choosing Gray's. They were very polite and I appreciated their friendliness!

The cashier was incredibly unfriendly and was apparently uncomfortable with us entering the store more than once. We were too put off to make any purchases because of her hostility. I would not recommend this store unless you fit the exact archetype of customer this woman expects.

I really liked several of the shirt designs and was planning on purchasing one, but the cashier created an extremely uncomfortable environment for me and my friends. She told us point blank that we "made her nervous" because we had already been in the store a few minutes prior and apparently lingered too long. If you are a young person who enjoys taking your time shopping, I suggest you take your business elsewhere :)

We visited the Duck, NC location this evening. The young red headed cashier was annoyed to ring up a simple sale. She had her bare feet up on the counter reading a book and rolled her eyes at us when asked a simple question. If you want to get some attitude with your purchase, shop here.
