Granier European Bakery & Cafe

Yum! A delicious European bakery with great coffee, empanadas and breakfast all day as well as salads and sandwiches. They have a nice-sized menu with a range of options to please everyone. Sweet tooth? No worries, some artisanal pastries are on display as well. I've been a few times for light bites and snacks but brought my mom yesterday for lunch and she had a quiche and I had the soft cooked egg ham and cheese croissant. The quiche took 10 minutes to warm (which is great) and my croissant was flakey and delicious and fresh-made served with a choice of mixed greens or potatoes. I love that they serve breakfast all day. My kinda spot! It's very clean inside and nice restrooms with a cute patio when weather is nice. Parking is never an issue.

This place is just WOW!!! Great service and very friendly staff. The pastries were banging and had a large variety. The prices were so good we basically bought one of every single thing to try! Fed a family of 5 breakfast for 68 dollars and got one of everything in there! It's so cozy and bright and so chill! This place is so good! Hate that we have to drive from Williamsburg to get these! Please open one on this side of the water!!!

By far the prettiest cafe I've visited in a while! I found this gem while I was out running errands and was blown away by the environment and tons of bakery options! There was literally something for everyone and the staff was so sweet and patient as I asked questions about what to try. I opted for an Almond milk cafe latte and a strawberries & cream croissant. My latte was the perfect temperature and strong, while the croissant provided just the right amount of sweetness. I'm so glad I decided to stop in. Highly recommend!

What a treat! This was my 1st time here even though I drive by it every day. I was there before 8 am and glad because it did start to get a little busier. Plenty of parking. Very spacious and bright and clean inside. It's counter service and self serve condiments. Order at the counter, pay and they will bring it to you. They have a table with napkins, condiments and everything for coffee. The pastries!! WOW!! I just got a croissant and a coffee. The croissant was delicious. The menu looked wonderful....I am looking forward to returning and using my new loyalty card which will get you a free croissant and coffee. This is the kind of place that's a bit upscale but you feel like you can hang out with a friend and catch up over coffee and a pastry.

Great pastries! Sandwiches are good. A little on the pricier side for what you get, but if just getting the pastries it's ok. Unfortunately, I placed an online order for pick up, the apple tart was sold out so they offered me a substitution. The substitution was .29 cents more, yes they did charge me. I did not have cash on me, so they said they could charge my card. I paid .29 for a pastry substitute because they were out of the apple tart I ordered online. Seems a little silly to me, but my Dad really wanted a pastry. Very clean, upscale.

The bakery items are nice. Prices are moderate. I was under the impression there would be more of a selection.

If you'd like to wait 20 minutes for a simple ham and cheese, this is the place for you. The place wasn't busy, but gave it the benefit of the doubt. Went up to ask the staff and they said they forgot and that it'd be right out and waited another five minutes.

Wonderful little bakery on the main strip of Laskin. I got a cappuccino and a little crescent drizzled with chocolate. It was much more dense than I had expected, so I didn't love that. But the flavor was nice! The service is superb. The workers are incredibly friendly and were cleaning during my visit always. I came to work on a Friday and this isn't a working spot. First of all, there are zero outlets for your laptop battery. Their wifi was good for the most part, but got very spotty when I was on a work call. I would come here to enjoy a pastry and some coffee, but not to work again. I ended up getting a chai as well, but the flavor was just so so. I'm sure their other pastries are great! They looked wonderful. I'll be looking forward to the next time. Overall a wonderful visit!

My favorite cafe in VB. Great food. Great service. Awesome vibes. Upscale, quiet, quick order delivery. Highly recommend. Keep this place a secret

The food was delicious, service was good even thought they were a bit busy. The inside was very clean and had chill vibes. They have outdoor seating and since we had our dogs we sat outside. Overall very nice cafe, delicious food and drinks. 4.5/5
