If you are wanting to support a business that undermines the values of America while also taking advantage of men and women of our armed services then shop here. I get that debts have to be paid but when you are almost finished with making payments and owning up to your end of the deal, they will mislead you to believe that you are finished just to start garnishing your wages 8 years later without any notice. They have done this to several people with a particular focus on targeting military personnel. STAY AWAY!!!! Find a more family friendly business that truly values their customers and doesn't only look to damage them and their families later in life. This is one of the most UnAmerican/ unprofessional places that I have ever done business with. U.S. Armed forces needs to do something or at least black list this company to prevent further financial harm to their Service Members. They will be seeing me in court over this and I encourage anyone else who has been damaged by this company to do the same, it's the only way to fix the toxic corruption that runs this company.

My mom is a huge fan of Grand Furniture so as expected, she wanted me to come furniture shopping here for my livingroom. I just closed on my home las week, and was in need of a new couch set or sectional and my mom wanted to gift me one as my housewarming gift. Jack was the first person to greet us, and helped us our entire visit. I was happy that he gave us plenty of space to take a look around the store. He was always nearby to answer any questions if we had any. Excellent service!! I just wish that everyone else in the store was as nice. When my mom was checking out, the lady who was helping her wasn't nearly as nice as Jack. I guess it was because by the time we got to check out, it was closing time but oh well. I got my beautiful sectional and I'm so happy with what I picked out. Thanks again Jack for your wonderful customer service.

Fraudulent sale by Grand Discount Furniture. Items purchased advertised as leather, were not leather but man made material. Items purchased advertised as highly durable, were not durable at all. tore at the seams less than 30 days after purchase. extended warranty advertised as covering everything regardless of damages denied replacement or repair on the grounds I'm a pet owner. Grand still expects me to pay over $2,000 for furniture that will end up in the landfill.they refuse to even discuss any kind of reimbursement on furniture that come apart in less than 30 days. I have pictures proving where the furniture tore could not possibly have been done by a pet clawing or digging and proving the material is NOT Leather. Kathy Ross with Grand Furniture dismissed my claims with a laugh and a wave and assured me my only course of action is to take them to court.

The service at Grand Furniture with the salespeople are usually pleasant, as I have purchased several pieces over 15-20 years from them. My last purchase was for a sofa and loveseat, I paid $199 for a warranty on the set, and being the first time I have ever made a claim, I was put through the most painful process with the warranty company, Montage Furniture Warranty, back and forth, many times, while they insisted one piece one incident - only pet damage was covered, so they tried to give me a $300 settlement credit for a $1,600 set and I just finally got exhausted over a month of back and forth with them, and accepted $519, (they also gave me the option of a $1,200 credit if I buy another set with Grand). Unfortunately, I will not be going back there to buy anything else. I feel that the warranty was a $199 misleading pain in the ass, and that I was mislead to exactly which warranty I got (I did not realize there was a difference). They gave me nothing but a flyer when I purchased the warranty that said it covers everything from wine stains to pet damage. In the end, they told me I only had pet damage coverage which included only one scratch/incident/one piece. The set was discontinued and they tried to cover only one piece.After I purchased my furniture, I went in and paid cash for everything on 2nd month, but since they had initially set it up as a payment, they charged me $290 interest for paying it off! $290 for 2 months! NEVER ever finance with them is my best advice.

Everyone I've talked on the phone had been polite...... however.....I've been waiting for my damaged furniture to be replaced for almost 6 months. The sales agent, customer service rep , the general manager & the delivery department had been given me the run around. I asked for some type of compensation. And was told $150 for they store was fair. Tell me what can I purchase with $150 at grand furniture.? One lamp?Not exceptible!!I have left messages & emailed the general manager and I have not received any reply back. I have been a faithful paying customer with only part of my furniture and the piece that was delivered damaged. And still no solution that's fair.... however they are looking for their monthly payment. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Unhappy customer.

Customer service is terrible. Office associates are rude and unprofessional. They won't send you a bill or set you up with ebills then want you to remember the random due date and when you don't pay it on time they send you a threatening letter. I called to simply ask when was my bill sent by email or mail and they said we don't do that we are paperless. Tried to speak to a manager regarding the billing practices and they were extremely rude and didn't listen to me at all. Filed a BBB complaint regarding the billing practices and they haven't responded in weeks.Still waiting since early June on replacement coffee table since my showed up damaged.Still havent recvd my coffee table on back order with no updates on eta.

If anyone is in need of great, quality furniture for a great price, go see Woody. Me and my husband were kindof shopping around, because we just got a place and are tired of sitting on the ground, and we stumbled upon this place. As soon as we walked in, Woody approached us and immediately make us feel so welcomed. He literally said "make yourselves at home." Now I know it's their job to sell you something, and I know it's their job to make you want to buy something, but Woody and the people who worked there didn't make us feel pressured at all. All around a great experience, and we highly recommend this place.
