Being a midsize girl who wears size 8-10, it's hard to find a boutique that doesn't only catering to smaller size women. Previously, I felt that this boutique only catered to a specific size and style, very niche. However, under new ownership a lot has changed. There are clothes from a size 0 to plus size. They have a variety of different styles, colors and clothes for all occasions. This is now my go to boutique.They offer the best customer service, ever! They are constantly rotating inventory which keeps it fresh and new. Not only do they sell clothes, they sell a lot of accessories, jewelry and cute gift items. They always have sales. Their prices aren't as expensive as a lot of Virginia Beach local boutiques. Go check them out!

I was on my way to Green Tea and Pebble spa, and I was a little early. I am not usually in this area...So I am not familiar with any new stores. I pulled into the parking lot of the Golden Hour Boutique. As I was sitting in the parking lot. I saw the girls working rolling out some clothes on a rack. It looked like the clothes were cute, and was like "eh, I guess I can take a look"I walked up to the rack, and quickly loved what I was seeing. After getting a few looks of their clothes..I decided to see what else they had. When I walked in the smell of their store is AMAZING! I thought it was a perfume...but its not! They use some kind of filter to make their store smell the way it does! They had some cute dresses, outfits, accessories...Decent quality. They are kinda pricey though...for example...a dress was around $86...I had asked the girl if they were gonna have any upcoming sales, because by that time I had to leave for the spa...and didn't have any additional time to look any longer. She had told me that the next weekend they were having a pretty decent sale. So I had made not of that!The following weekend...I made it a point to roll through and try to get some dresses for my vacay. I had to bring my one year old...who unfortunately HATES sitting in a stroller. So I knew once I walked in there I had to be fast. When I showed up...I wasn't wrong...my son was throwing a fit...I had just drove an hour to this store...and had no time to really check it out...but saw the dresses that I wanted from the previous week! The associates kindly took my clothes and hung them up in a fitting room and gave me the chance to try them on. I picked out the ones I loved and purchased my items. I saved $300 bucks in sales and spent $300....I can say I will definitely be looking cute on my vacation with the cute dresses I got. They also threw in a free shirt, because I spent over $200.I will definitely be coming back.

Look no further. I don't even have to explore more to determine that this is the best, most inclusive boutique in the area. Location is convenient with lots of parking, the gals working are all incredible, but their inventory is the main star. Tons of cute options and very size inclusive which is so important and awesome! I'm really tall and plus-size and found a bunch of really unique, flattering, non-frumpy options at a reasonable price. Their hat collection is also impressive! Don't skip this boutique when you're shopping!

This boutique is locally owned and operated by the kindest women. Amazing customer service is always given & the fact this is the only boutique in the area to offer exclusive sizing from the start (not an after thought) sets the bar like no other. This store is always fresh, clean, organized to detail, the decor, how they support small local businesses like their own in their store, and the trendy clothes, jewelry, beautiful HATS and so much more makes this boutique stand out from all the other basic, predictable, ordinary ones. Dont waste your time anywhere else. GOLDEN HOUR is the go to boutique in Virginia Beach!

I am so glad this boutique is here!! The owners Jayme & Dana are LEGIT angels, helped guide me through the store & I got to pick out gifts for my sister and mom. Obviously I picked up some cute things for myself too. A blinged out ring & LV tumbler to be the cutest person in the gym, Oops lol. The vibe is so lovely, earthy yet soo modern & hip.
