Looks like it was Chinese food takeout to the rescue. The hubs was craving orange chicken so let's go and support a local business!! Thankful to Doordash as well for providing a menu on their app, and making the ordering process easy to navigate. I ordered sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, orange chicken with fried rice for the hubs, crab cheese ragoon, 2 egg rolls, and a Philly cheesesteak egg roll. I will say it was delivered in a timely manner, and packaged very well. The neon orange sweet and sour sauce for the chicken was glistening. Its not radioactive it's yummy, and I love that sauce lolThe batter used to deep fry the chicken lost some of its integrity due to it being sealed. The crisp was no longer there, but the chicken was meaty and tender. The fried rice was good, but I wished it had some more veggies incorporated. I enjoyed the crunch of the egg roll filled with vegetables and glass noodles. The crab ragoon fine. My favorite was the Philly cheesesteak roll. Gosh it was cheesy, meaty, and greasy. I guess you can deep fry about anything and it will taste good:)Overall, great takeout experience and good food!! We will be back! Support local businesses!!!

Omg! Super impressed with this place! A whole family platter with sweet n sour chicken, orange chicken, hibachi chicken and 7 spring rolls for $27. It was the best Chinese I've had in this area hands down! Everything was packaged well, food was nice and hot and full of flavor, nothing tasted bland! As far as customer service goes, from calling in the order to being greeted hello and goodbye, everything was pleasant. The woman was very friendly even through the hybrid plexi glass. Very nice place and kind people, give this place a try!Also very COVID-19 safe !

Most Chinese takeout is fairly forgettable, but not at Golden City! First of all, when you spend $30, you get a free 2L of soda - when do you get anything for free anymore?Try the Family meal deal (choose any 4 for $24) and every single entree has rice or fried rice included.Need a party tray? Golden City has you covered there too! One of the first time I've seen catering quantities included on a Chinese food menu, but I sort of love that option (and yes, it's more than just wings)Top it all off with huge portions, tasty food and quick service? I found my new go-to for Chinese take out!

We saw the high ratings and gave it a try.They have decent food and the lady was very friendly. The food was hot and stayed that way all the way home, which was a plus.I must admit that I'm spoiled and have enjoyed plenty of great Chinese food over my four decades of self-financed eating out. Was this great as in the very top of the places I've been? Nope. But it's pretty good for what you get and the price is right.Overall I give it the four stars.

It's hard to find a Chinese Restaurant that has more than four stars, no incidents or citations from the health board, and good reviews. The two places we frequent have either closed or have short operation hours. So we took a chance on Golden City and we were delighted! Mom's Vegetable Egg Foo Young was great in her opinion. She loved the addition of onions instead of all scallions. Next time she'll ask for scallions on the side. My Chicken Fried Rice was perfect with the right amount of chicken and flavor and the Teriyaki Chicken was flavorful. The location was clean and the owners really heeded the warnings and recommendations for COVID. We will frequent the location more often and try other dishes.

I was so hungry I forgot to take pics!I got the edamame (delicious)Small chicken & mushroom (delicious but not a lot of chicken) with fried rice Small beef & broccoli (also delicious not a lot of beef) with fried riceAnd the house Mein (chicken, beef, shrimp)I was presently surprised by the portion size, a lot bigger than I expected. Everything was delicious, definitely going to be my go to for delivery Chinese foodThe ONLY reason I'm giving 4 stars over 5, is the lack of meat for the chicken and beef meals

Found a big ole hair in my food! NASTY! I called them and told them accidents happen and I would just take a replacement on a different day cause I didn't want to have to drive all the way there to get a refund. Said they still needed proof. Really???? Wtf? Why would I make up that stuff. And proof??? Really anyone can put a piece of hair in there food. Ridiculous! Now I've got to waste my time and my gas when they could have just credited back to my credit card or given me the food credit for a different day. Not cool. Not recommended. Also they are too lazy to cut up the vegetables and meat to decent size to eat. I highly recommend go to a New place called Tokio Express instead on Rt 17. Same road better food, food all cut to nice small size bites, easier to eat and No Hair in the food! Only reason I went here is because Tokio Express was closed.
