We tried the Chef's Counter tasting experience for a special occasion, and it was a fantastic time! You have to call ahead to reserve, but it's well worth the effort. First off, the food was on another level. We were blown away by the presentation and detail put into each of the 5 courses. The chefs combine a lot of interesting flavors together to create some very unique dishes. The standout for me was the seared scallop, which combined apple, pickled carrots, and cumin.We also enjoyed getting to chat with the chef as he came around on each dish and explained his influences behind them. Overall a great experience!

A pleasant experience before a show.We stopped in for a dinner before heading to Wells Theater.The staff, on all fronts, was very welcoming and knowledgeable, and when they didn't have the answer, they went and got the answer quickly.The food was delicious. We ordered a single small plate and a main dish for each of us. In retrospect, we would've ordered an additional small plate.It is an experience, being amongst all the beautiful art. Would definitely recommend for a date night.

This place keeps its vibe! Friday night cocktails were amazing and the bartenders made our just over 21 guests feel welcome at a craft cocktail Very approachable and the drinks amazing too

Well well well, Norfolk has stepped it up a notch! A very enjoyable culinary experience! Some of the best octopus I've had to date, paired w delicious diced fingering potatoes. We all buy licked the plate clean. The burrata prosciutto classically paired with fig jam was delicious. I very much enjoyed my rock fish and my companion loved his pork chop. The rabbit glass art was a nice touch :)

Very mediocre meal and super slow service last night. Even our cocktail was meh. I've had better here before. I'm hoping this was a pre holiday glitch.

Made reservation for a date night here...love the location inside a cute little boutique hotel and glass art gallery. Also love the complementary valet parking! Lovely decor and delicious, but pricey cocktails. The service was very friendly, but the food came out very slow, although it was quite spectacular. They also messed up on reservations, so tried to get us to move to a "chefs table" , and brought us someone else's appetizer...which was delicious and ended up being free of course.

My friends and I had a great night here!. It's our first time but we got the best knowledgeable server name Saleema. She explained the menu thoroughly and have great recommendations! Food was great and really nicely presented so I got the Beef Carpocio and the crispy octopus, which is so tasty. My friends got the salad, burrata and fig, salad and butternut squash soup for small plates and pork chops and burger for main course. (I felt like food were overpriced but other than that everything were fantastic!. Our server also recommended to explore the gallery and remind us to take the elevator to second floor! Lol because there's more to see. It's was cool gallery and aticrafts that made with glass!. Oh it's in the middle of the Norfolk which is the parking could be hard but thankfully they over valet parking!. Over all the this place is fantastic and we're goona come back here.

3 stars because the food is so salty like everything I ate in this part of Virgina. Our server was very attentive and friendly but honestly the food is not that good. I had some Gulf fish, which was delicate and cooked well but it was served with pork belly. I love crispy pork belly but it does not go well with the light texture of the fish. And again, adding salt where we don't need more salt.The cocktail was good but not memorable. The atmosphere is modern and cool. That's mostly what drew me inside.

We just stopped in for a drink but all the food going by was amazing. The cocktails are on the pricey side but worth it for the cool concepts and super tasty. The inside is open and airy and they have a small bar with a few seats. An elevated fine dining experience in downtown Norfolk.

I have many comments. 1. Amanda the "bartender"......absolutely stellar knowledge of the menu. 2. Ambiance: sophisticated and friendly. 3. Wine: excellent selection especially with the dinner menu.The review:1. Sunchokes: spectacular. Complex flavors and textures that just please the palate!2. Beef carpaccio.....life is so good!!3. Delmonico. Perfect. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Food, ambience, pricing......all excellent!
