I absolutely adore this place. I've never been a Girl Scout, but my daughter is bringing to Junior and started as a Daisy. I love everything about this place, aside from the fact that there isn't a Norfolk location. I come here to the Girl Scout shop often. I have to leave my mini me at home, or she would spend every dime in here. One tip about the Girl Scout shop is ... include a small dressing room. I love "A Place for Girls" and the setup of the outdoors areas. They are so many pavilion areas, and widely covered by trees too. The classes and event offered here are amazing, I just really wish there was something. Similar in Norfolk. It took me an hour to get to this location from the VA Beach Oceana area.

This is a hidden little gem in Chesapeake. We got the chance to go around to the wetland area they have back there. MEN, this is a great little spot for a picnic with your lady and she'd be totally surprised. Grab some food, take a little walk eat at the picnic tables and keep walking around. There is even an observation area you can go up and look down at the creek. I believe you can even borrow their canoes and go down the creek ( I think it's a creek).
