Totally worth standing in line for! Super cool looking truck. Food was fresh, well seasoned and delicious! Staff was very friendly and moved really quickly to get orders out. I followed them on instagram just so I know where they will be parked next so I could pull up! Highly recommend

Just wanted something light so my wife ordered lemon pepper chicken wing snack and I ordered a pulled pork snack. We enjoyed them both.

NEW FOOD TRUCK ALERT 'Get Lit ' Catering had their grand opening this weekend at Maker's Craft Brewery in Norfolk, Virginia. I'm not sure if this will be their permanent location or if they will move around. They sell soul food with a twist , appetizers , desserts and flavored lemonades or Get Lit-MONADE as they call to. I love the name and that is what intrigued me the most about their business . The line to order was out of this world ! They had an amazing turn out for their grand opening and the staff was so friendly despite how busy they were. They took my order and sent me a text message as my receipt . This isn't a "fast food" establishment, please expect to wait at least 15-20 mins for your food. It wasn't a problem for me and I totally understand that this was the grand opening ! The vibe was amazing ! They hired a DJ , a band, spray paint artist and a 3D photographer. There eras plenty of seating at makers craft brewery and decent spacing between tables. The parking lot is in the back and really small! It's graveled , so if you don't want to risk your car getting scratched by rocks , parking on the street is your best option but it's limited ! My food was okay. I wanted to love it more but there was definitely room for improvement. Some of my food was cold and that's my reason for the 3 stars. I think they were just so busy that it was a lot to manage. Again, I am very understanding and hope to try them again in the future . The lit-monade is refreshing and sweet. The cookie was one of my favorites - but I love sweets The pricing of the items is a little higher than expected for a food trailer. I would still recommend giving this place a try . With more time, I think they shake up the 757.

LIT food was hired at my wife's work event. I had the pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw and fries. The sandwich was delicious and I do my smoke bbqs so I really liked it. The fries were amazing! The seasoning on them were so great and the best fries I've had in a long time. At the same time, the line was wrapped around the entire food area.

Best brisket I've tasted since going to this food truck. I been dying for more very flavorful and juicy tender. The shrimp and grits were amazing . Excellent customer service. It was raining and she was closed but gave me a sample of everything that was left I appreciate good people in this world .

I'm all for supporting small business owners and was excited to try their food. Their food truck frequently shows up to my job. A coworker recommended the lemon pepper wings so I got them too. I was concerned because my chicken was not fully cooked. I could not finish them because I saw blood near the bone. It was a waste of $20+. I'm sad to say I won't try anything else at this point.

Excellent wings, blueberry meatballs, seafood salad. The chicken sandwich was delicious and HUGE!
