On price alone it's hard to rate this establishment very highly with a single pretzel coming in at nearly $12 after taxes and the park's own unavoidable "5% surcharge" for unexplained reasons. However, the product itself is very tasty. The employees are friendly and helpful if not a little rushed. The outdoor seating area is a nice place to enjoy a pretzel and a drink under the shade. All told, it's one of the least expensive places to eat in the Busch Gardens park ecosystem, but it's still expensive.

The pretzel here is an outrageous $9.99. That's bad enough, but add to that, it's a lousy version of a pretzel. It's an insult to German pretzels. Hell, it's an insult to frozen SuperPretzels at Food Lion. It is dry, flavorless bread, underbaked with a few grains of salt. To call this German is an insult to Germany.Busch Gardens needs to send someone to Bavaria to learn how to do this. A real German pretzel is so completely different from this thing as to make this unrecognizable as a pretzel. And for $9.99? This is highway robbery.

For pre cooked not fresh out of the oven this is a 5/5. The ingredients are high quality. The service was good because the cashier answered my questions about my dine all day pass! Ambiance is great in and out for a snack while you're on the go! I was able to try and new drink and the cashier was knowledgeable on them. Will return!

Vegans rejoice! Yes, this is where you can get a huge VEGAN pretzel (just have them hold the butter and you got yourself delicious hot treat.) One of the employees showed me the ingredients; I've done the research, you are safe. Enjoy!

Small quick service food and beer in Busch Garden's Oktoberfest. Food is pre-made, stored in a heated glass case. Even with our all-season dining plan, this place is below average. My daughter's pizza pretzel had a long hair baked into it; when she brought it back, cashier agreed "that's nasty" but the food counter employee, Breanna, rudely questioned the return as if we were plotting. Eventually replaced it, rightfully so for $9 served with nothing but dipping sauce. My pretzel dog ($8) was greasy and overcooked. Worse, I was unable to receive a $0.89 dipping sauce with it despite having a $20 entree entitlement. Other fam described their sandwiches as mediocre and semi-stale. Perhaps the beer is worth waiting in line but we'll likely skip this on future visits.

This is one of the best-if not the best- places to eat at Busch Gardens. All of the pretzels are delicious; you can even watch them make them in the restaurant someti! I also recommend the homemade chips; they are topped with old bay sauce and, like the pretzels, delicious. Lines can get a bit long, but it always moves pretty fast. There are also various pretzel toppings available for purchase such as cream cheese icing.
