Gather Norfolk - Office Space and Coworking

This is going to be an amazing place for creatives, business owners and entrepreneurs when it opens. The environment is welcoming and warm. There are a lot of different office styles and options to choose from. I was able to meet the CEO couple of Gather and they were amazing. I was able to get a tour that allowed me to see the future podcast room, the "telephone booths" designed for a quiet place to take phone calls and open space in the front that has everything from a kitchen to a conference room. The pricing is very reasonable considering what is included with membership. I am looking forward for being a part of the Gather family when they open their space in Newport News. Amazing time with some amazing people in a beautiful office space with breathtaking views. I can't wait for the grand opening!! This is going to be a good thing for Hampton Roads.

This company is not worth it. Their terms are deceptive and their conduct is dishonest. There are better options.

Needed to setup a conference room to conduct interviews. Explained I do them at 6pm and need to be able to have the people coming for interviews be able to easily find the building. Well, Gather failed to inform me that I need a badge to enter the building after hours(I was not provided one) and that the building lobby locks at 6 and no one can even so much as enter the lobby. I explained what I required and was blatantly misled. My agreement with them has been active for 2 days and I couldn't even conduct interviews and they have informed me I can have the agreement canceled in 60 days after they blatantly misinformed me. Jordyn treated me like me not having a badge was my fault. Matter of fact nothing was their fault. I had to point out to Jordyn that it is unacceptable my keycard wasn't ready on the start date of my membership before she finally took ownership of any wrong doing. Not only is this place horrible, they're gonna blame you for their mistakes
