Galaxy Golf Miniatur Golf

The rest of the mini golf places were super busy but glad we stumbled upon this place after leaving the farmers market. It's no frills, attractions and water features weren't great but the greens were in EXCELLENT shape. Given the quality of the greens and that we didn't have to wait at all, I give this a thumbs up!

Course is insanely easy like no gimmicks or anything fun on pretty much any of the holes. Very cheap- $9 for essentially unlimited play but after you go through once there is no reason to do it again. It's good enough and it wasn't crowded at all, even during a holiday week. It is also cash only!

Probably the cheapest mini golf in obx at only $8. You get what you pay for, it's nothing special though, and the other courses around are probably nicer. It's obvious the place could have been kept up better. But there are 2 18-hole courses which is nice.

Two courses for the price of one (Venus and Mars - don't read too much into that girls and boys)! That's right - 36 holes of miniature golf. I love the galaxy - outer space theme. Score cards. Currently $8 to play all day. Perfect for that less-than-perfect beach day. And, Snowbird Burgers & Cones if you get the munchies after all that golfing.

Great place for mini golf, way less crowded than Lost Treasure up North, and way better course than Paradise. Only $8. Entertaining water features and delightfully cheap decorations.

It's fun and quirky in a retro way, and that's exactly why we keep coming back to Galaxy Golf year after year. It's certainly nothing fancy or flashy, like many of the other local courses, but it's the course our kids love the most. The very retro feel of it is the charm of it (and, when I say "retro feel", I mean it probably hasn't been updated since the 60s or 70s). We love Galaxy Golf and will continue to play here every time we come to OBX.

I don't think this course has been updated since 1990, but every time we go, we have a blast (pun intended). Nothing fancy, but the holes are somewhat of a challenge. It's cheap, run down, incredibly outdated (Pluto is no longer a planet by the way) but still a lot of fun. And the best part is there are stray cats who definitely live on the course and come out at night time. You get what you pay for, but it's not about the course, it's who you are with.

It's a no-frills kind of place that only accepts cash and needs a ton of maintenance. Stagnant, murky water. We arrived at 9:30pm on 8/6/22 and were told they close at 10pm, no matter if we were finished or not. At 10pm the female employee flickered the lights for us to exit. We missed out on playing 5 holes. However, we were staying at a home rental next door and watched them remain open on other nights until 10:30pm to allow people to finish playing. We will not be back. Not worth the $9 per person.
