I recently took my kids to Funville, and I have to say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had.There was a (what seemed to be) urine on the floor in the main play area (see picture) which is absolutely unacceptable in any family-friendly establishment. It made me incredibly uncomfortable, especially with young children running around. The mats looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages; I've seen cleaner surfaces in public restrooms. They were stained, sticky, and frankly, disgusting.As if that wasn't enough, the floors were caked in filth, making me question how often (if ever) they do a thorough cleaning. To top it all off, the warped mats created serious tripping hazards throughout the play area, putting my little ones at risk.For the price they charge, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and safety. Funville really needs to step up their game or consider shutting down until they can provide a safe and clean environment for kids. I definitely won't be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and find a different venue where both fun and hygiene are priorities!

Had my daughter's 4 birthday party here in the SpongeBob/Elmo room and she had a blast...not just her either my older two teens as well as her cousins enjoyed themselves also. The wings were very good and tasty (sweet chili pepper) and that had to be the most extreme carbonated sprite I've had in a very long time (all good things)This place sees its fair share of little people and family's. I was glad I chose this location in Chesapeake Square. Our attendant was so helpful and sweet natured. Funville took the stress out of having a party. As a parent we all know the clean up is the tedious part and having it in a neutral location definitely gave me a feeling of ease and left me very satisfied with my decision. I even whooped up on my husband at the Foosball table...(he loss...LooseR lol) needless to say adults can pop in here also if not for a bite to eat, or a quick spot to let your children burn off excessive energy. They tend to have many child friendly events monthly.

I brought my 3 granddaughters here on a Wednesday afternoon and I was so impressed ! The employees were smiling and seemed to enjoy their jobs! Two went above and beyond with making this experience a wonderful one! The young man working the slide is awesome with his big friendly smile! Quishanna up front was great. Ahkeela was in playing with the kids making sure everyone was safe. Summer delivered our pizza with a beautiful big smile and was super friendly! I am so impressed with THIS Funville and will definitely be back! Definitely "Mamaw" friendly and approved! Cleanliness is so very important to me as a nurse and I was very impressed by the availability of sanitizer and the overall cleanliness of the entire place! Pizza and fries were fresh, warm and tasty! Great coffee too.

Honestly don't know how this place is still in business. It's completely disgusting in there. All the mats have not been cleaned and the towers are all dusty. Kids can seriously get sick from this. I would definitely look somewhere else to take your kids. This place is screaming hand foot and mouth in every corner. Another downside is you aren't allowed to follow your kids in the towers, which is difficult if your kids are younger and can't figure out where they are inside the playground.

We have had a few birthday parties at FunVille and have been very pleased. We used the party room and the staff was very accommodating. It is so much easier than a jump house rental at home! More entertaining for the kids as well. We also have gone "just for a fun play time" and liked that as well. There are tables and we claimed one for the time we were there. The children knew where we were sitting and came back to check in, plus the size of FunVille makes it easier to keep an eye on the kids. That's a BIG STRESS RELIEVER for me! We ordered food and the kids came back to eat and then played some more. Over all, I highly recommend this venue!

After surprising our granddaughters and picking them up from sch, we decided to let them do something fun. Syria," we been here before," but I love having fun!!!"They enjoyed themselves, the frontdesk associates were super friendly, and the check-in was a breeze.

This place wasn't bad at all. I will say that kids 11 and older likely won't play here and if they do, it'll be brief. My 12 year old was engaged for about 20-30mins before she was bored with it. My 2 year old however was running around everywhere! He enjoyed stacking the blocks, diving on the padded floor and navigating huge play structure. Lots of kids running around having fun so be watchful.Losing stars for lack of attention to bathroom cleanliness and disengaged staff

Play place is awesome my 2yo had a blast! 4 stars bc I think the fries and chicken got us sick. All of the staff were friendly. Great overall experience.

it's got everything your kids could need. I brought my nine-year-old nephew and he enjoyed the active area and more so the video game area. It was a rolling good time.
