In town from Seattle. What a delightful surprise to find this treasure around the corner from our vacation rental! I attended a Vinyasa class and a basic/restorative class during our week in Cape Charles. Both were excellent. Debra is a wonderful instructor and was so hospitable and warm. If I lived here I'd be a regular!
