We have been ordering from here for a while and everything that we have gotten have been awesomeThey are quickFood is greatWe don't have many options of places to eat so glad we found this place!

SOMEONE PLEASE CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT! I called and placed an order over the phone for pick up; everything seemed normal.When I arrived to the location I noticed the the lobby was vacant-dirty; the space was dirty and not ready for guest. The space felt abandoned and soiled. Don't believe me; send the NN Health Department to check it out.When I arrive and walk to the counter to pay; I couldn't help but notice how filthy the gentleman's hands were ... like eww! Wash your hands sir! I was very bothered by this. I understood the gentleman's first language may have not been English and he seemed kind hearted; but again Go Wash Your Hands! Complete turn off. The customer service here lacked due to poor usage of English, however, I can say there were smiles worn, correct change given, and a receipt with my order. Yet still not enough to keep me from telling Yelp on y'all. Seriously this place should not be in business.FUN FACT: Did you know that more than 60 percent of new restaurants fail within the first year of being open?(Google it.)Often, the main reason new restaurants fail is primarily because of location. I'd like to think that the owner was the gentleman with the ungodly hands and in that case generally the owner lacks self-awareness that he has no business actually being at that location. This area has grown and converted to a more complex and upbeat town; with NNS employees foot traffic comes a price tag and it shouldn't be to the ER due to lack of superb personal hygiene. This can cause food poisoning. Superb personal hygiene let alone food safety/handling isn't a request, it's a requirement.P.S. I didn't feel comfortable eating the food or giving it away.. so it went to the Dump, to the DUMP, to the dump DUMP Dump ... I absolutely dislike wasting my money or food in general but I believe I did myself and my neighbors a favor.Stay safe Yelp! Be Sure to Wash Your Hands everyone!Xxo.

I called this establishment to order a late lunch for pick-up around 4pm because it is one block from my job. I used to order delivery from them frequently for myself and coworkers. I stopped over a year ago (pre-covid) because the driver refused to bring the order to the 5th floor, even though they never had a problem doing so previously. I felt it was unacceptable because they charge a friggin delivery fee!!! By the time I go downstairs to retrieve my lunch, I might as well have walked the one block to get the food without paying a fee.I recently decided to give this place another shot. As I said, I called today to order and asked if it was too late for the lunch special. The older, Greek gentleman said yes, and I asked how much a Lamb gyro and fries would cost. He said 12.99, and I told him I'd look at the menu and call back. When I called him back, I asked about a 12 inch, one topping pizza I saw on the menu for 4.99..... He proceeded to flip out and yell at me. He yelled that I had an old menu and told me the current price. I couldn't understand everything he said, but I did understand the dial tone that followed...I only asked a question and I was not at all rude. I called back and asked him why he hung up on me for asking a question.... More yelling. I've never felt so disrespected just trying to order lunch. I let him know that I'd make sure that all of my coworkers (and fellow Yelpers) know how horribly he acted. Truly was a WTF moment.

The food was ok , nothing really too special about it. The place is a little shady and dark really not to clean not a place I would visit if I had another choice. I was out there working Fourth of July was trying to find some local food spots and it was the first time I ran across. The widows were busted out due to a guy getting fired that was the only thing i like was her telling the story and making me laugh. The lady taking my order was very nice friendly .but i wont be back the Philly cheese was like bottom list of other places I've be and i go everywhere and try philly cheese steaks they my favorite.

I really don't know why I've waited to live to leave a review for this place. I started coming here about 3 or 4 months ago when I was too lazy to order pizza from a popular chain pizza spot. This is literally 1 block away from home and I'm not sure why I never stopped in here before. The pizza from here is bomb! I've had the pizza, grilled chicken wraps, wings, salads and Philly cheese steaks. All of it was delicious! The inside of the place isn't very spectacular but that's okay, there are a few tables and a TV. They offer delivery which is a plus but I always just call in my order and pick it up. Their flyers have coupons attached to them which you can use to help you save a few bucks. Love this place and how convenient it is.

Just ordered a small pizza and bacon cheeseburger meal they have the best food in overtown.

Fast service and I've been pleased both times I ordered. I had a Maryland crab cake sandwich the first time that was pretty good. Their philly chicken cheesesteak was really good too. Oh and they have great fries!

Im writing this review on the behalf of my mother. She and her friend wanted to order lunch she ordered flounder dinner 13.99. Only to arrive at the house to see its freaking frozen fish ticks and fries. Looks more like Morgan fisherman's fish sticks. my mother told me and showed me the food. I proceeded to call. To have a young lady to answer laugh then said hold let me get someone. Man proceeds to get on phone and starts being nasty yelling and vulgar not even trying to hear anything. proceeds to say no one come to door, I repeatedly tell him you have the wrong person she got food not what she ordered, you're not listening. he then speaks vulgar in his native language and hangs up. I call back and stated to him again these are not flounder fish this is frozen store brought fish sticks. he proceeds to hang up again. I believe this is what they do hence the laugh at the beginning. They are rude food isn't as what is posted and have no respect for customers.

This is the worst food I've ever had. I will not be eating here again and quite frankly I hope this place closes down permanently.

Straight up trash. I would give zero stars if possible. I was really hoping it was good because it's right up the street from me. I'll never even step foot in there again.
