Cindy is super nice, it's a small shop with limited items but she is super friendly & helpful. It's a small town health market that has a lot of competition in the area. But the customer service & amicable environment is a plus. She made Paleo muffins the day I came in & it was scrumptious. I wish she would do more with the space buts all we got in the area.

This place is fantastic! They make they're own Kombucha and it is so delicious! They also make yummy Paleo treats and carry really hard to find items that you usually have to just order online. Lots of natural beauty products and tons of delicious, chemical-free food. I wish I would have found this place sooner!!

Eh, I'll give it a 2.5 and that half point is because its one of the very few health stores in the area, especially on the Peninsula. Its on the Yorktown side of Denbigh by Victoria's Day Spa and DG. Lots of parking maybe way too much for the businesses they have here. The first time I came here it was like 1030 before stopping at the Day Spa next door and the doors were locked, no sign indicated they were on a break or anyrhing of the sort. So I left a little sad.I went a second time around 1100 this time and once again doors were locked but this time with a scrap of paper saying they would be back, so I went to DG to kill a little time, I really wanted to check out their essential oils selection. I was able to come in after 15 minutes and was really disappointed. Most health food stores have that distinct protien and tea tree oil smell but not this place...the air was damp and smelled like a couped up attic. The lady was nice but seemed really busy doing mutiple things even when we were checking out. It's small and has an interesting mix of things but specializes in nothing. They did have oils but only a handful, a couple high end varieties but empty slots for the most part. I was able to find myrthh and patochuli :) They sells some nuts and dried fruits. I purchased some dried bananas but they were stale and chewy, better off buying them at the Fresh Market or dehydrating them yourself. Also some nautral beauty supplies but mostly overpriced. I do like that they sell a couple varieties of bees wax. I think they hold events or something because there is an space in the back with a seating area but I didn't ask I was kind of ready to go. The most unusal thing was towards the front they had some really cheap knick knats and clothes for sale, I felt like I was in a yard sale for a minute. Your merchandise if small enough is placed in ziploc bags too, cool idea I guess for the sake of recycling...?Overall, I wouldn't go back. Inconsistent hours, pressed staff, strange smell and little unoranized variety. Travel down Warwick and go to Health Trail instead.
