Five Below

Superior staff! The store was wrecked, with big blue tarps hanging ceiling to floor as two of the four walls of the store. It looked like the store was being refurbished. Space was very limited - and yet we found lots of coloring books, card games, stuffed animal, tee shirts, hygiene & beauty items, and mini-connect 4 games. We were instructed to use the self-service checkout. Upon hearing that, two employees came over to ring us up and bag all our items saying we are "Assisted Checkout" and it is okay to help us. He even offered to help us carry all four oversized bags to our car. He was tall in stature, but so much higher in our esteem. After walking the store and shopping for hundreds of dollars worth of items, I appreciated the help. Well done!

Located in a busy shopping center off Laskin road this five below has all you need for your last minute trip to the beach and at a fraction of the cost of its competitors.

This store has a lot of Halloween items. There are candies and gifts for the frugal youngster. It's one of those stores that can temp you to buy on impulse.

This is the best store ever!!!! Everything in here is $5 or less. They have almost everything you can think of for a very reasonable price. Walking around in here, I thought, This would be such a great stop before heading to the movie theaters for some snacks ;) The thing that stopped me dead in my tracks was the BEAGLE PILLOW!!!!! it looks so much like my beagle!!! Sadly, it was the only one in stock (in this store, and others, we went hunting for other Five Belows to see if we could get more). I was a little sad that they also didn't have the little beagle key chain in stock, but we did end up getting a Labrador one for a family member :) Wish there was one in Hawaii, I'm sure this store would do really well here:)

A decent store that any young child will love. Large selection of toys and other products such as make up, candy. Sports items and games. Watch out for cheaply made cell phone cases! Phone chargers are poorly made too and never last.

If you enjoy being playful and jovial then this is the place for you. I love this store and this is my favorite location so much so that I travel out of my way. The store is always clean and they have a good selection. I went to the clearance section on the wall and found a few items. There was also a clearance section on the hangers which had shirts mostly graphic tees three for five bucks. The staff was helpful even offering me assistance as I tried to figure out how one of the toys worked. The cashiers were friendly and professional. They even kept cool when the ten shirts I purchased rang up the wrong price so they had to get a manager to change it. I like this location and will return.

I had to visit Petsmart and I noticed Five Below right next door and they were advertising pet beds outside. I made a mental note to take a peak in once I finished with Petsmart. I am so happy I ventured inside. I haven't visited a Five below in over a year maybe even longer. The only other one I know is on VA Beach boulevard and I'm usually not in that area. This location is bright and very neat. As soon as I walked in I was met with an array of gym equipment. They have large balance balls lining the top of all their shelves throughout the whole store. Very fitting for January when everyone is trying to be in shape Haha. But they do have a lot of essentials for a home gym from weights, to mats, kettle balls, jump ropes etc...I picked up some earbuds and a shoulder band to hold my phone while exercising. They have work out tops, shorts, pants and even jackets. I was super impressed with the selection. In additional to all the great things Five Below has to offer this was wonderful to be able to grab those things at a cheap price. What is bringing me to a Five Star rating was the customer service I witnessed. The woman in front of me had a price discrepancy and a manager was called. He was courteous and professional and honored the price even though the woman was wrong in her assessment of what the price should be. He had a sense of humor and made what could have been a negative a pleasant experience. As I said I wasn't aware this location was here but I will definitely be visitng more oftern. Oh and they one door down from Trader Joes :-)

Pretty decent selection, but the employees here are extremely unprofessional. They yell at each other across the store about personal drama, complain in front of customers about other customers and how dumb they are, don't even acknowledge your presence in the store until you check out. As far as the products, great bang for your buck, but the Laskin location needs to clean house on the employees they have now. I've been in at least once a month for the last six months and it's all the same employees with the same lack of professionalism.

I go here and shop about once a week and I like the prices and selection that they have. Great place to get "treasure box" treats for my girls. Every time I have gone someone has always greeted me as soon as I walk in. Perfect place to get a birthday party gift or supplies. If you haven't checked out this place you need to.

Great place to shop if you are on a limited budget and have a large family. It is also a good place to take small children to spend their money and shop for family. This is a wonderful place for party favors, stocking stuffers, etc. They carry a variety of items from edibles to clothing. The employees are helpful enough and the store is clean. This location doesn't blast their music so loudly that you don't want to ever shop there again like the Landstown location which I haven't been to in about a year. Lines go quickly and staff is efficient.
