Fired Up Bar & Bristro

I've been driving by this place for years while going on base and was shocked when my friend invited me there for drinks. It used to be a place for bikers but from my understanding, it switched management back in February. It is a lounge/club now. The inside is a nice size and clean. You can also hang outside where there are more chairs/tables and corn hole. It's such a vibe. We went on a Saturday night. They played r&b and rap with a splash of Reggae. We had such a great time. We also ordered shrimp which was really good and a hookah. I had to take off a star for drinks. They were super watered down. Other than the people were nice and I will definitely be back!

They did a great job with the place. I remember when they used to have a phone booth in front of the bar. The place is now more open and cleaner with a restaurant feel. It's definitely not your typical classy type restaurant, but offers more of a relaxed and laid back type bar with pool tables.The wait staff and cooks are great. Friendly and accommodating. Good was perfect and a large range of options and choices.

Found out about this hole-in-a-wall place because it was the only bar showing the Pacquiao fight on PPV. Do not expect BWW type atmosphere. This is a more like your typical mom-n-pops type joint. It is a bar/restaurant during the daytime and becomes a night club in the late hours. So if you're coming over to watch your favorite sports team, you may have to deal with the annoyingly loud music that you can't even hear yourself think. The waitress are very friendly and attentive, so that was a plus. The food was also alright. There is also a patio if being outdoors is your thing. If you don't mind the loud music, this is decent alternative to the usual chain bar/restaurants .

Well how should I start this. Here ya go. As the "new" fired up opened, my family (all "5" of us) came in and sat out at first then inside as the wind picked up. We Finally got to order and to my surprise, people came in behind us, were seated consumed their meals and LEFT! We sat at the table almost 2 hours, were offered an appetizer that came partially frozen,. After waiting we NEVER RECEIVED ANY FOOD but several apologies. After 3 weeks or so and "trying again ", NOPE. epic fail. Chips on nachos where stale, and the burger with bacon I ordered was raw in the middle, the bacon wasn't done and the Philly steak and fries were not good. The fries where bad. Not a good choice!

Place is nicely remodeled, but had the smell of the concert urinal and bartender opened a bottle of drink mix with her teeth

So glad I came here today with my family for brunch. The vibe was amazing and the food was superb---the flavor, presentation, service!!!!Highly recommend it!

Let me start off with the fact that I was genuinely surprised by this place. From the location, exterior and interior you would be easily led to the same first impression as I had-but don't let that throw you off. This place has pretty darn good food. And it isn't all just pub fare. I ventured and got the Fish and Chips... I was not even remotely disappointed. My girly got a burger and I had a side of Mac and Cheese. This place doesn't mess around, their food is on point.The fish was lightly battered - which I like, the Mac and Cheese was a very hefty, very homemade and DELICIOUS variety-also, the fresh fried chips were great too.I will be back for their $1.50 Fish, Chicken or Beef tacos on a Tuesday. I bet money and it'll be delicious.

We used to frequent this place back when it would rain as hard inside as it was outside. Fast forward almost a decade and wow what a difference!! Every change reflects a pride in ownership. From their menu to their specials, they want to please their customers. But let's talk about the food- wow! We started off with some house made Old Bay Chips & Cheese while we waited for an order of steak bites. The steak bites were so tender and juicy we had a second order followed by their spicy wings. Everything we had I would order again .. and again. We had such a good time coming back here and look forward to our next VB visit to hang out here.
