This is one of me and my group's favorite shop. They have the cutest stuff. The items in the shop don't feel cheap. The girls working there are constantly working hard to keep everything clean and nice looking. I even got a free shirt for spending a certain amount. You have to stop here!

Bottom Line: Trendy, typical beach souvenirs sold in a cramped store by indifferent staff. I have not been a huge fan of Farmer's Daughter in the past but I thought I would give it a whirl again this year. The store is mainly packed full of trendy and typical beach souvenirs and clothing but there are some exceptions. I put the stacks of Salt Life, Fish Hippie and Simply Southern tshirts in the trendy/typical category. Some of the nicer items that caught my item were Yeti containers, Southern Tide menswear and Cobian flip flops. In the past I have been a big fan of Farmer's Daughters jewelry but that wasn't very shoppable this time around as it was hard to get to the cases. With the challenges that COVID-19 have created for small businesses I tried to give them a fair shake while vacationing in the Outer Banks for a few weeks but Farmer's Daughter left me disappointed. The store was just as cramped as ever with merchandise spilling over into the aisles. And the employees were less than welcoming. One employee pushed past me, literally, to get back to her restocking task at the jewelry counter. And the employee who rang me up only said four words - "twenty-seven seventy-four."

Farmers Daughter has a lot of tourist trinkets and clothing. I would've enjoyed this place if it weren't cram packed. The items were way too close together and a lot of people were trying to look at the same items. This creates a lot of frustration and to be honest, very rude people. I was pushed by an older gentleman. This is by no means the store's fault, however everyone trying to get around items creates this atmosphere. Maybe if I came in the off-season I would've enjoyed it more here.

The Farmer's Daughter is a fun little stop if you are on the hunt for local souvenirs that aren't cheaply made but won't break the bank. Carrying items in a variety of styles and prices as well as many popular brands such as Simply Southern, Yeti, Tervis and Kavu I was pleasantly surprised at all The Farmer's Daughter can offer.

Neat place, not much for guys, though there is a dad's section. My sister enjoyed this place. The prices were cheaper than all the other souvenir shops in Nag's Head and they had a lot of unique items. Make sure you go upstairs as there are some great discounts up there.

I noticed that there weren't many updated reviews of this place so after stopping in, I figured I'd write one. The store is really nice with a mix of affordable souvenirs and name brand items. There's 2 floors, but I didn't go upstairs to check out the kids items. Everything was very organized and neat. They have a ton of Simply Southern items: cute, but just not my thing. There's some Salt Life, Yeti, Tervis Tumbler and Lilly Pulitzer items. I keep looking for a new swimsuit, but they don't sell any! There's a good bit of jewelry too. Prices didn't seem too outrageous, but other than what was discounted outside, I didn't notice any deals. Service was ok: nothing to truly brag about though. I was looking for a visor and did find one. Overall, it's a cute store! Definitely nothing like the sunsation/wings stores that you find every 2 blocks!

Came He went we spent a day in Duck on our vacation. The shop was nice and quaint has almost a house feel. I did like there lighthouse blankets, enough to pick one up for my father. I noticed a few things were a bit cheaper here. Just something i was looking to pick up at some point in the week that i found hear for a little cheaper. Id stop in if i was looking for a gift and was in the area again.

This place used to be on our "must-do" list each year when we went to Nags Head, but this year, it's officially off the list. Each year, it looses it's mom & pop charm and is no different that a Wings or Sunsations...just the same trashy gifty things you can get anywhere else. B-O-R-I-N-G. Not to mention the staff is especially "bothered" by customers. Another beach-trash store. BOO....they used to be a real gem.

We visit this store every year during our vacation, but wouldn't go back because of our last experience. We got to the store at 8:10 and were rudely greeted by an older blond lady who told us the store was closing at 8:30. We walked around the store and headed up to the top level to let our little boy look around for a souvenir. The same lady followed us upstairs and started picking up toys from under my son and placing them back on the shelf in a huff. I looked at my watch and saw that we still had 10 minutes before the store was closing. She made use feel very unwelcome and I don't expect to go back there again. Note to store: if you don't want people in your store after 8, then close at 8!
