Love the old fashioned look and style. Any food they have is great. Look at how they keep the ambience turned on high. I love going to Farmer Frank's.

Up most perfect finds. Fresh fruit and vegetables. Amazing fresh bread and delicious dessert. Beautiful flowers arrangements.

One of those great roadside places that make road trips worthwhile. I wasn't there during meal time, but the ready-made ham biscuits were terrific, as was the homemade coconut pie. Definitely worth stopping and poking around, even if you have to make a short side trip from the main highway to get here.

Never disappoints. We are always glad we came. Wee always pick up the prepared take out. It is like having my Nanny's cooking again. Brunswick stew and chicken and dumplings are lovely.

Walk in and see little cafe tables, kind of cozy and you're surrounded by food for sale to look at, it has eclectic meats and spices and old fashioned candies, super cool points. A real sweet waitress oozing love for the place and people greeted me with a thick southern drawl, a Suffolk native.I ordered the Reuben, all items are ala carte so I added french fries and coleslaw. Reuben was average in taste, it was done right definitely NOT complaining and they use corn beef, coleslaw was average and so were the fries, loved the way they made the tea though. I would definitely come back, and be ready to shop as well.

Fantastic sandwiches and biscuits!!! The chocolate chess pie is ridiculous! If I stop in and don't come home with one my family is not happy with me.THE HUNTERS CLUB with country ham, turkey and bacon...add sweet pickles and onion is my favorite sandwich east of Richmond.The chili on the chili cheese fries gets us to fighting over the next bite.If you are a person who can't relax and wait don't stop but if you can it is well worth it!!!Totally relaxing!!!Tip:When in a hurry I usually call ahead my order

Sometimes the little 'hole in the wall' places are the best. I stopped in for a bite to eat with friends and we were warmly greeted. The food at Farmer Franks was Southern home-cooked goodness. I had the Fried Chicken special and it was quite delicious.The diner is located inside a tiny roadside market full of local goods. It was fun to walk around and see what other goodies were available. I would definitely eat here again.

Rey good beef pimento cheese burger and chicken salad sandwich. Eat in area was small but worked well for us.
