Essence Of Eating

We used Essence of Eating for a small wedding reception. Leonard was extremely helpful and was able to provide the rental furniture as well as his great food. We had the tri tip, jerked chicken and Salmon. Everything turned out wonderfully even with a small rain delay. Leonard cut and served the meat to each customers wishes, and I got rave reviews from everyone on the food. Leonard's service really lent and "upscale" feeling to our small reception. I couldn't have done it without him.

THE BOMBBBBBBBBBBBBBB! Leonard and his assistant James hooked us up for our Company Luncheon. The food was delicious and was prepared onsite - let me TELL YOU, the smells.. man the SMELLS! Everything was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Had everyone slumped over at their desks afterwards (we we're all ready to go home and take a nap). lol it was that good ppl!! We still have plenty of leftovers and had more than enough to take home to our families.Book him, folks!!!

Leonard catered our corporate event in San Leandro, CA and absolutely crushed it. This was some of the best BBQ we have ever had, it was extremely reasonably priced, and him and his team were professional and worked around many of our obstacles to make this perfect for our team. Only challenge was getting everyone to get back to work after the food coma. Thank you Leonard and team!

Extra good! That brisket was A1! Great service, Leonard was kind, professional, has a great knowledge of cooking and that potato salad was on point! I don't even eat a lot of people's potato salad . Dude went above and beyond! 5 stars!!

EXCELLENT!!! I attended an event that was catered by Essence of Eating and was blown away! Amazing food, excellent service. Catering services do not get any better than this. As a result I have hired them to cater my wedding reception and I cannot wait to see what culinary creations they will create for my special day. Based on experience to date I know my guests will be as delighted as I was.
