Elite Custom Cakes

Customer service was great. Very responsive. Made a cake for a baby shower exactly the way I asked and followed inspo pics to a T. Great taste. Everyone at the party was impressed and kept asking who made it! Also they have their own parking lot so picking up is super easy. They told me exactly how to transport and store the cake since I wasn't serving it until the next day. I'll definitely be using them again. I'll have to try a cupcake next time! Thank you!!

Impressive customer service, not my favorite cake. I contacted Elite custom cakes for them to make a gender reveal cake for me and my husband. I wanted something small since it was just for the two of us. They made us a "smash cake" for a great price. I paid the first half of the deposit when I placed the order, and the second half once I had the gender results. They were able to make my cake that same day! They told me 3pm and when I arrived the cake wasn't finished. I had to wait 15minutes and the piping did look a little rushed. I would have preferred they said a later time and were able to make the piping look as neat as possible. This being said I'm still impressed and grateful they made the cake on such short notice. I also requested pastel colored filling and it was very dark. Unfortunately I did not love the taste of the cake and couldn't not eat more than a few bites. The vanilla icing was overly sweet. I would be interested in going back and trying some cupcakes though! Overall the cake served its purpose at a very great price!

These cupcakes are out of this world. The flavors are by far the best I've ever had. There were so many options to choose from. I got lost in the menu. The customer service was superb. The strawberry crunch tasted just like fresh strawberries. The cupcakes were soft and moist. Every flavor was delicious. The frosting was nice and fluffy. I love that the icing wasn't too sweet, but still sweet enough for you to enjoy. The cupcakes are very affordable and worth every penny. I could sit and eat all of them in one setting. I don't know how anyone else is going to top this. I could not get enough of these cupcakes.

This response was extremely disappointing, but in tune with the product. So expected. To the owner below: I don't feel irresponsible; the person who purchased the cake did in fact have a conversation with the staff. He expressed that he was discontent and they just shrugged off the concern due to the fact that it had already been produced. Your patrons should not be expected to repeatedly contact the business, we do not owe you repeat words or repeat business. It is in fact, YOUR responsibility to earn that from us. If you cannot fulfill quality orders in a three to seven day turnaround, you perhaps should not offer the service. Clearly, you can't get it done. You can do all of the math and science you want; the cake is green. Also - Never has a business responded so rudely... I don't agree that the review was petty. I was being honest. I said what was true of my experience and you did not like it, so you came to attack. It does not change what you've earned. But your ethic shows in your product, your poor grammar and typos, and in your response. I am happy that this review stands for all to see. You will not bully me. I didn't need to know what the fees or processes were; I was not your customer. Which says even more about the experience and the weight of this review because I did not lose any money. I was just provided a TERRIBLE experience at ZERO cost. But after hearing how your staff treated the actual customer having spent his money, there was no way that I would follow behind to receive the same.Update to curious patrons:The cake was very sweet with the flavor of pure white sugar and lacked the cocoa flavor that red velvet should have. The icing for red velvet is usually cream cheese between layers, even if the outside is buttercream. I've seen it done either way, but this was not tasty. It did, however, retain its moisture nicely beneath the green sheath. The cake was unfortunately wasted after the festive cutting. The business is obviously not "happy to chat". Overall, a well deserved one star review.

Super delicious cake, the chocolate cake was super moist. The butter cream icing was even tasty.

A very nice bakery with an array of fresh baked goods that are made with quality ingredients and style. Their cakes have many choices of cakes, filling, and frosting. We were pleasantly surprised that, without asking, our cake had three tiers. Friendly personnel and ample private parking. Order cakes at least a week in advance to prevent a surcharge.

I've ordered at least five decorated cakes from Elite the past few years, and each time I'm impressed by the cakes and the service! The decorations are so fun, and more importantly, the cake tastes delicious.

Wow .. The cake and cupcakes that Jose made for my husbands retirement Ceremony were beyond amazing , So moist and delicious. Thank you Elite Custom Cakes for adding to our special day

This place was absolutely amazing. the ordering process is stress free, the cake was so beautiful that I nearly cried. My three-year-old enjoyed her birthday thoroughly:) this business communicates with you and does not drop the ball. If you're considering ordering, please do it!
