Elevation 27

Fun place with good music & bands. One of our favorites Haley Whitley played there. The best bartender is Shannon, ask for her special drink "Watermelon Kiss" they won't put it on the menu but she's always there so just ask her to make it if you want the perfect drink. She also has such a fun personality she makes it feel like you're at a party with you best friends.

First time ever attending this venue. Extremely worth it! Staff is great. Security is very helpful keeping positive energy during aggressive sets. Everyone was very friendly. Be ready to pay for that drink you ordered. A "must go to " place. See you guys sooner than later!Thank you

Had a fantastic evening at this venue. While I don't normally go up breweries since I don't drink, I think that the collaboration that Elevation 27 have with artists to bring talent into Hampton Roads for us to enjoy is wonderful! My friends and I had a wonderful time seeing the Maoli Band perform. Parking easily overflows to the shopping center across the street. The long line of ticket holders was efficiently processed through individual security with a scanner thorough with making sure we all are ready to party and not to disrupt. The space inside was organized, there were numbered tables for those VIP guests who find as well as indulge in alcohol. The general admission ticket holders get to come up close and personal by the stage. The concert went on for almost 3 hours including the first act, Lindsay James, definitely a riding star to watch!

The sound is great with a seasoned band. The food is horrible. Eat somewhere else before you show up.

Synopsis: We went and saw Magnolia Park at Elevation 27 and it was by far one of the best shows I have ever been to. Mag Park put on an amazing show and the VIP upgrade was beyond worth it.Elevation 27 as a venue is small but has a good crew that helped the bands put on their best performances possible. While the staff was standoffish and rather unpleasant, they did not ruin the experience in the slightest. Prices for drinks and inside are to be expected--high. The men's bathroom was surprisingly clean and well taken care of. Overall not a bad venue at all.Magnolia Park (and the two opening acts of 408 and Broadside) were amazing. 408 is all over my playlists now bringing me back to the punk rock/alternative of the 2000s and Broadside has some incredible tunes as well. Mag Park was the real reason we went to the show and they did not disappoint. We had the VIP experience with them before the show where they put on an acoustic concert, had us take pictures with them, and stuck around chatting for an hour+. I cannot recommend seeing them enough. You will absolutely love the show, love the band, and love the experience. Elevation 27 as a venue is 100% worth going to if a band or act you want to see if playing there.4.5 Rocking Stars out of 5!

Went to check out a house show. Dope spot. Outside has a nice smoking area and the drinks were good with a good selection. People were super nice and the bartenders were good with getting me a drink right on time. Can't wait to go there again

Went to see a band, it was not crowded at all which was weird but service was excellent, music was great. We had pizza which was good, nothing fancy just good. Acoustics were also good for such a small place. Would definitely return!

Cool funky little spot. Plenty of parking nearby at Walmart. Easy to get. Simple easy security check. They served food and multiple bars. No waiting and good drink selection.

It was fun. I had a good time. I went to the Disney concert. People there are very nice and there is a sit/smoke area outside.

I accompanied my friend here to see "Beach Floyd" Alice in Wonderland show. This was a kick a$$ show. The band being as great as they were made the experience for me. As far as the actual establishment, the doorman was the only person working that actually talked to us, and was in good spirits. We had a table, was there before the show started and no one ever came to the table to take our order. We ended up walking over to the bar, but there was no one there either. We had to wait for someone to show up. Just really seemed like outside of the band and the doorman, everyone else seemed to be MIA. I still had a really good time because the band was out of sight!!! Very good, very talented local people. Lastly if you are looking for a diverse place to hang, unfortunately this is not it. Being a person of color, I love to see diversity in spaces I visit. There is a lack of diversity here. Probably could count on one had, the number of people who were of color. Perhaps it's the fan base of the band. Either way, it was noticeable. -yes it matters... REPRESENTATION is everything.
