The best food!! Best salsa and chips, steak quesadilla, steak tacos, and we had 3 desserts. Service was great.

My babe and I dined here for Cinco De Mayo. We heard about other Mexican cuisine restaurants and how busy they were on this day, so I had hoped this place wasn't too too busy.We arrived about 6:00 pm and we waited about five minutes... to our surprise another party was getting up from the table. After the waitress cleaned the table, we were sat after 8 minutes of walking in.Business was booming! We saw only three workers up front, but they all were on the move non stop.I ordered chicken and beef soft tacos and my babe ordered the fajitas. We both enjoyed our food and ate it all!He ordered a cocktail and I, a margarita. The margarita had too much mix in it and was not good at all... I am taking away the one star.The free chips and salsa... the chips were delish! Not sure if they were fresh or store bought.The food was plentiful and overall we will return if we are in the mood for Mexican.This mom and pop shop closes early, but if you are in the area they are worth checking out.Parking is available on the street. I did not see a garage nearby, but on this day parking was not an issue for us.Have fun and enjoy life :)

Family business in the area with great food and always liking to answer questions. The ambiance is nice depending on when you go you will have a diff vibe. However food is always on point!

For the food to be as pricy as it was, it did not meet the expectations of good tasting food. That being said, we brought the food back for a refund and only some of it was "accepted" back because, and I quote "it could still be used." That says enough in itself. Food should not be reused from one customer to another. But okay, fine.ALSO, I encourage future customers to check the reviews and the restaurants response to the customers. VERY rude, sassy, and unprofessional.The "Taco Bell" "Moes" comments are UNNECESSARY Constructive criticism should be a thing in the restaurant business.Have a blessed day !

I have not found a 5 stars Mexican restaurant in the Hampton Roads area, but this one is my favorite so far. Little mom and pop's place. Decent food to fill your craving. I might be bias as it's within walking distance from me. Recommended if you crave Mexican and is downtown Suffolk area.

Excellent fresh food, wonderful server. I liked this foods much better than the "chain" restaurants. It was much more flavorful and you could tell it wasn't just sitting under hot lights. Loved it.

The food was quick and hot, and the service was excellent. Unfortunately, the chicken tamale advertised on their specials board was not available when we get there.

Food was great, prices were astronomical. $5.66 per taco, $35 for 6 tacos! Service wasn't experienced just cause we ordered to go.

horrible service!! do not eat here!!!!!just left after placing an order for three queen Asada tacos would ask for extra hot sauce I was told No!!! the father literally came out and yelled at me !! for a whole minute I couldn't believe it. I would never go there ever again in my life.!!!

Cozy atmosphere with delicious food and highly attentive service. Had a wonderful experience!
