Einstein Bros. Bagels

Another real time review. The line is long and slow!!! It's 8:49 am and I have been in line already for 4 minutes. I was hoping everyone would be at work already but apparently no one works on Fridays. Lots of employees but only 1 of the 2 registers is open. I got a very toasted sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and a cup of coffee. I ordered. Prices are reasonable. Asked me if I wanted room for cream in my coffee. Nice touch. They even had a vanilla hazelnut cream. Plenty of seating, even seating for parties of 6 and outside seating. I chose to sit at the "bar" which is facing the window...great for people watching. Lots of Door Dash orders. It is street parking. Parking garage is nearby. Got my bagel at 9:02. Bagel was perfectly toasted and the perfect amount of cream cheese. Was it the best bagel? Nope but it was good enough and reasonably priced that I would come back.

YUMMMMMMMM. It's been years since I've been here (and not to this location) and yesterday my mom chose this as her lunch spot, I'm glad she did. The gal inside who greeted us was incredibly sweet and welcoming and we chose two sandwiches, chips and drinks. I chose the Turkey, Bacon and Avocado on a Seeded Wheat bagel with turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato and roasted tomato spread was great. My mom's was my fav as her flavor and ingredients were perfect. She chose the Tasty Turkey Sandwich with spinach, cucumbers, turkey, lettuce, tomato, chive and onion cream cheese on an asiago bagel. SOOOO good. I'm getting it next time hands down. The mixture of those items with the cream cheese was to die for! Food was ready quickly and it was so good! I'm going to be adding this to my regular rotation when in need of lunch or snacks while in Town Center running errands and shopping from time to time. So worth it!They had several seasonal cold brew and iced and warm coffee flavors as well which is def. something I also want to try. It was spotless, bathrooms were spotless, friendly service, great iced tea and easy in and out with tons of nearby parking in the free garages or on the street if you can find it.

The bagels and breakfast sandwiches here are pretty solid. I enjoy their Texas brisket egg sandwich on a cheddar jalapeño bagel, but sometimes they run out of that specific bagel and I have to substitute. The coffee is decent, but their cold brew is just a little bit acidic. The shop isn't the most comfortable for sitting a while, it's more for grabbing a quick bite or meeting for a coffee. The staff are friendly. I'm glad this place is here, but definitely has the chain vibe.

Bagels are very good, but they should consider helping those waiting in line before taking long drawn out phone orders. It's rude.

Clean, quick and easy nearby parking. What more could you want in a carry out breakfast spot?

Einstein Bros. Bagels is a chain that I don't have in my area that I but I have eaten at a few in the past. Bagels, muffins and breakfast sandwiches. They also have coffee, cold brews and lattes which are made with Caribou coffee. Overall a good experience. I was happy with my muffin and latte.

Sunday 930a with my sons before church. Taking 15min to get 3 bagel sandwiches -- Sante Fe, Farmhouse, Bacon Avocado Tomato -- creates heightened expectations. While made fresh, verdict was "ok" for the long wait and price. Coffee drinks available as are bulk buy bagels. If you're in Norfolk craving bagels/coffee, etc, you MUST visit Yorgo's!!!

the food was so good but i asked for no tomatoes on my bagel and they still but tomatoes on it. service was okay they were nice.

Bagels are fresh and good get the garlic or everything bagels what a place clean and fresh great service I shall return

Great food, but terrible customer service. The staff is not trained, wears unprofessional clothing, and are unorganized. The 23464 location regularly has online order issues and over-the-phone issues, where they answer the phone unprofessionally--if they answer it at all.
