This place has a lot to offer...The Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich, 1st time, I liked it, second time, not so much. I guess it just depends on who's making it. Im not sure...-Maple-house Egg Sandwich is a big fat NO! It had way too much going on (for me). -The Farmhouse Egg sandwich was meh... had too much of the pepper cream sauce (for me). I had to wipe some of it off. I'm still working my way thru the breakfast sandwich's but as for right now, I haven't found a favorite or anyone that I would come back for. All of the coffee there was - to me.

All set to walk in to the place when we see a person smoking right outside the door. She puts out her cigarette and walks into the restaurant. Gross! We turned around and left! Not sure if she was a customer or an employee, but that is disgusting to be right outside of the entrance to a restaurant!

Absolutely love this place! The bagels are so good & the service is always friendly & helpful. The jalapeño bagels, choc chip, & cinnamon sugar are my go to! I also love the breakfast sandwiches. This morning I tried the Bacon, Avocado, & Tomato Egg White Sandwich on a jalapeño bagel. I can't speak on the coffee or drinks, but they smell so good when you first walk in.

Extremely disappointed. The staff neither had good nor bad points. They provided the service necessary but seemed a little lost when questions were asked. I was a bit surprised seeing the size of a small smoothie. I think I may be used to other fast food chain restaurants having their small be a lot bigger for the same price, but the small here is kid size and something you can gulp down in 4 sips... What really made me mad though was the fact that they forgot to put egg in an egg sandwich I ordered... my order wasn't hard. It was a drink and an egg sandwich. An item they make plenty of times. So I'm a bit confused how this got missed. I would maybe come back to try again to see if maybe this was a one time thing because I heard this place is supposed to be really good, but until then, this is the rating I have for my first visit.

Went here b/c my wife knew the place opened. Heck, I didn't even know about this brand in general. I was pretty glad we went though. We recently went to NYC and wow those bagels were amazing.So I'm a big fan of the everything bagel. I ordered that with some general core stuff and seriously, it's worth a good shake down. If you're from the North East, you'd be hard-pressed to put these on the same platform but not everybody gets to be blessed with water from the Catskill Mountains (it's a thing). Either way, if you're looking for a decent bagel shop in the area - come check it out. I know we'll be back for sure. Food is ok but very disappointing. Everyone knows that what you see on the menu and what actually comes out are rarely the same but this is not ok. The Texas brisket looks like canned shredded beef and maybe a tablespoon scoop worth.

The Bagels were hot and delicious. I got the Texas brisket and my wife got the bacon and cheddar classic. She wanted the Maple house but wanted to ease in for the first visit. There were so many delicious looking choices. The service was on point and Nia gave great recommendations. She was very nice and helpful. Eugene even gave us some options to consider for next time based on our preferred taste. The atmosphere is relaxed and it is more of a little pickup and go cafe but there are some 2 seat tables if you choose to relax and eat in house. We will definitely be back.

Food is subpar. The 2 times I have been there service has been extremely slow and food is just thrown together without any attention to detail (I.e. different bagel, sauce added, etc.). Was excited for this location and hopefully they can continue to make necessary adjustments
