Eggleston Garden Center

Eggleston Nursery is one of my most favorite quiet, happy places! The atmosphere is peaceful, and the plants are beautifully maintained. What makes it even more special is their mission to hire adults with disabilities, creating an inclusive and supportive environment. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated, making each visit a positive and uplifting experience. They often have free items available(leave a donation please). The prices on their fresh produce beat the grocery store and aren't covered in waxes and preservatives. Highly recommend!

Pleasant surprise. Stumbled upon this business looking for garden mulch...and not wanting to travel too far. Friendly staff. We got what we wanted and then discovered the fresh fruits and vegetables. Good produce prices. Employee loaded the mulch for us. Great find.

Stopped in to check it out, very nice place, with a great mission. From their website: "Tanner's Creek Garden Center is operated by Eggleston Services , a not-for-profit organization that has been dedicated to the education, training and employment of persons with disabilities for over 50 years."They had a lot of nice garden related decor items inside, (we picked up a rolling plant tray) and beautiful plants (and coi) outside. We took our time browsing, finally settling on a couple to bring home and drop into the flower bed. Left with several ideas for future use as well. The service was very nice and helpful, answering my wife's questions about plants that we already have at home, that were not purchased from them.We will be back....gotta try out the cafe!

How I love Edie let me count the ways (2 x camellia, 2 x coral maple, 1 x forest redbud pansy, lambs ear, sedum, stone crop, orchids, aloe). There's something special about this Nursery. So happy to support something near my neighborhood.

The lady who helped was super sweet and knowledgeable: The staff out in the garden was also very nice and I believe Nick helped me load all my flowers in my car which was super helpful since I'm 9month pregnant. The prices and selection are great!
