Eggheads Diner

I got the Egghead bowl. It's your choice of omelet ingredients served over home fries with gravy over the top. It is served with your choice of toast or biscuit. The bowl was delicious. The biscuit was light and fluffy. We had great service as well. The restaurant is clean inside.

The food is absolutely to die for! I love the burger and Ruben!! Service was fantastic and staff very caring. Very clean and fast service. Very accommodating to customers and any allergies you may have.

Hole in the wall type of place but food is amazing! Stopped here on our way to the beach, traditional food cooked perfectly. I had the sausage & gravy w/eggs.. came with potatoes. Portion was so much I couldn't finish lol. My fiance had the same except w/Grits. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Only downside no chilula sauce

Eggheads is a staple local breakfast diner. The service is always top notch, they are very attentive, and flexible to large parties, and bring food out fast even when it is busy! They always take good care of us here. The ambiance is low key country diner and a strong local crowd. The food is always delicious and the prices are reasonable. The specials are a highlight of the menu.

Excellent fresh food! Menu has many choices. Service is remarkable. They go out of their way to make your experience a pleasure. Country diner ambiance. Clean and cozy. Prices are very good! Would love their hours to be extended!

The restaurant was clean and staff were friendly. However, of the eggs scrambled with cheese could have been cooked a little better. The cheese was not melted in with the eggs and they were very thick.Grits were good and turkey sausage was ok. Willing to try something different.

Eggheads has fantastic service - the staff is always friendly and seems truly delighted to help. They have a dedicated following and the food isn't bad at all. The biggest problem with this restaurant is the physical condition of the building. The dining room is dark and God only knows how old the carpet is, or when the last time it was shampooed. Honestly, it's just a little bit gross in there, which seriously diminishes the dining experience. There's an old painted plywood structure separating the checkout area from the dining room which gives the general impression of dirtiness.This is a local business that I'd love to see do well. The place is almost always busy, so clearly, the dirt isn't a problem for lots of people. A little bit of effort could make this place amazing.

Shrimp and grits where awesome. Will be returning. Nice place was very crowded and pricey but it was great food

My husband and I went to this diner during the week, around 8 am. We got a seat immediately, were given menus, and soon our order was taken. Busy place, a sign of good food and good prices. The food was excellent, delicious, ample amount. We will be back!!

Eggheads was a nice surprise. We wound up in the unfamiliar (to us) area at lunch time on a weekday with no idea where to go, and found this place.Food was great (we all got breakfast food), and service was very friendly and efficient. The only knock I can give the place is that the interior really leaves something to be desired. It's like they took over an old department store and put tables in without doing any sort of renovation. It's clean...it just looks very temporary.So, don't be scared off by the interior when you go in. It's a nice place.
