Second time my family booked a trip with this agency. One of the times we went to visit, the door was locked-during office hours. It took him time to get any type of good deal on flights. While we did eventually get a trip planned, it took too much haggling and prodding for him to eventually pick up the phone to call another agency to get a better price. My mother called him a few days before departure, and the attitude was cold; she had questions if she needed to confirm her flight, and almost seemed as if being on the phone wasted his time. End point: You'll get a trip booked, but you will have to not let up on haggling. He'll set you up with a plan, but don't expect too much help or enthusiasm.

Very poor service, with no return phone calls or e-mail replies. Paid for the trip in full, had not received any update on airfare/shuttle/hotel confirmations. Unanswered/no return phone calls after 3-days, we began to worry. After 5-days a phone call was returned, however Edward was very rude and unprofessional, and stated "you are not my only customer". I explained we booked 14-days prior to departure, and at the end of the 5th day, we do not have any info on our flight, shuttle service, and hotel reservation. His response was "I will get back with you when I have something". Not only was our credit charged the full amount, there were additional "travel agent service fees" ($169.00), which were not disclosed during the initial conversations. When we questioned the "fees" his response was "all travel agencies have a processing fee, and that is our processing fee". We indicated we would pay his non-disclosed processing fee, his response was "fine, cancel you trip just remember your trip is non-refundable, do you still want to cancel?"
