Eddie's is an institution for SY Newport News. They are friendly, they serve great food, and their only problem is the breakfast rush. But they'll get you in and out in very little time. ***Order from this place then thank me later***

Every time that I have eaten here the food is cooked perfectly. Their breakfast is amazing and the fact that it's so close to my job makes it super convenient. They have great food for anytime of the day and mr Eddie is a great cook, I appreciate their hospitality and the fact that they can serve such a wide array of food in this place is always surprising. The best little spot in overtown!

The lunch was okay, nothing special in my opinion. The breakfast burritos, on the other hand, are ADDICTIVE. I have never tasted sausage the way it is prepared in the burritos. They also add a sauce that totally brings out the flavor. To sum everything up, if Eddie's is serving breakfast I'm going broke, lunch Not so much. Breakfast Burritos are definitely a MUST TRY!

They were not open on Saturday. Checked the hours on Yelp and at the store and they do not honor there Saturday hours. I hear the food is good.

This is my third time back. I had ordered the Crispy ginger and garlic wings and fries each time. The meal was very good each time. The owners are nice and pleasant.

How you say you sell combos and it doesn't come with the sides. You get 3 onion rings for 3.75 you kidding me the Chinese guy that cooks is a idiot I can't understand him and he can't understand me no offense this is a joke place don't come here I definitely never will

Looks sketchy from the outside, but stepping inside it's a whole different story. The asian owners are warm and friendly, and the food is BOMB!!! It's all American good meaty breakfast and lunch foods. The breakfast sandwiches are so good with hashbrowns, but their hearty omelettes with meat and veggies are incredible too. The food is quality for an area that lacks freshness. Their lunch food is good too, with their special crispy chicken burger. The bun is so good it just melts in your mouth and their fries are always fresh hot out of the fryer !It's a great place to eat breakfast or lunch real quick in between a work day. My favorite are their home made mozzarella sticks! I've eaten there a bunch of times, it may not be the healthiest choice but it's so good to eat and fresh !!!I highly recommend this place.

Excellent breakfast sandwiches for the morning time!! Decent prices!! Very much worth it in the morning time for shipyard workers!

This is one of those hole in the wall places that is a must try! I've been for breakfast and lunch now, both are very good. Not fancy, but the quality and price is awesome.
