The young men showed up on time, and got right to it. There was only one hiccup in that they misidentified a small suction line with a discharge line, but all is well. I've used you guys for years and will continue to do so.

First time I used them for Pool Opening Services. In the past, Hot Tub Repairs were prompt and excellent. However, pool opening was get in, get out, leaving pool green, with no vacuuming or back washing, and no return visit to complete the job. I had to scrub the bottom and back wash 4 times, to clean my algae laden DE Filter. Then, I needed to add 4 bags of salt to complete the job.Very poor and incomplete Opening. They confirmed they do not return for clean up of pool.I do not recommend their Pool Opening Services (over $300)

East Coast Leisure was the company we bought our pool from. Through 2022 they performed our pool opening/closing maintenance with care. This spring, when opening our pool, they were horrible. Left parts behind on the bottom of the pool, decided to scrape the pool - because it had a white film in certain spaces, and put some good scratches into the fiberglass. This scraping was not even authorized - they left without telling us - horrible service. We are now forced to buff the damage they did. Will not ever use them again.Buyers beware! This is not an inclusive list of what went wrong. When we sent them an email regarding their unprofessional conduct, no response. This in itself shows how unprofessional they have become.

They arrived when they were supposed to I did an excellent job installing my new pool cover.I have already referred them to 3 clients! I enjoyed the entire process purchasing my pool from them last year directed an excellent job keeping me in the loop Ross was great from there on in and the service department has been wonderful throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough about the support I've had during my 1st year with their wonderful service!

I'm sorry to say I've used you for many years and this year was very disappointing . You open the pool for us and still 3 days later and 513.00 dollars down . It was still green .

East Coast Leisure is gold plated. They have serviced my hot tub for 20 years, & supplied my replacement parts. Their service techs are experienced, thorough, & always get it right. The customer service staff is polite, responsive & make things happen. If they sell it, it is the place to buy it. A good deal to me is not always about price, but a company that stands behind their products & service. I also like the fact that I had the pleasure deal with much the same staff for years. Experience counts, & so does people who remember their customers. I rare, but much appreciated experience in todays world.Bob Gaylord
