The repair techs over the 12 years (3 trips) have all been superior. They know these machines (jacuzzi spa) and are prompt, efficient and clean up after themselves. They are my go-to for all things for hot tubs. Thanks!

I really want to give a high star rating but I can't. I have been having an issue with programing the filter cycle of hot tub but know one seems to know how to do this. I have even gone to store and was told I was on list for support team to call me and set up appointment to come to home. Let's just say I've grown a beard while waiting on that call that still hasn't occurred.

East Coast is an excellent place to buy a Hot tub. From the first time I walked in the door until my hottub was delivered the staff was professional and went totally out of their way to answer every question I had. Even on hottub that I had research that was not part of THEIR inventory. This is one HONEST business. This is why after six months of researching hot tubs I settled on buying my hottub from East Coast in Western Branch (Todd). The product and the service I received is bar none the BEST. THANKS!!! I THOUGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A THING OF THE PAST. THANKS FOR RESTORING MY THINKING.

Let me start by saying that I think the technicians that work in the Western Branch store are all very helpful and professional. Todd, Miles, etc, have always given great customer service My problem is that when I had a problem with our salt pool (high salinity), I elevated the issue to management. I was pretty sure that it wasn't my doing, and expected some help from management. Not only did I get minimal concessions, I was pretty much told it was my fault. He did give me $100 store credit for "my inconvenience", hardly commensurate with the amount of water I've had to refill the pool (again, for something I don't think I did... But I'm a novice, so..).Then when my irrigation guys came to restart my system, the one locked dirty water into the pool. I again contacted management to see if he could help me get in touch with the contractor. His response? We don't work on, nor are we responsible for sprinklers. Not, "hey, let me get you in touch with the contractor so we can figure this out." Nothing.We won't use this company for any pool related activities once our store credit is exhausted.

I just had an experience of four weeks trying to get my pool clear from excess algae and the inability to use it. my son came back yesterday and said mom I finally got a guy who knows what he's doing and hopefully and this morning I can at least see the bottom of the pool for the first time in six weeks so I hope it's on the mend!

This company provides Veteran's discounts, but only on purchases of under a $100. So, if you have multiple items I'd suggests making separate purchases to get your discount. $10.00 is $10.00, makes no sense why they don't do it on purchases over a $100. As far as I'm concerned it just keeps me from purchasing anything over $100.00. Not very smart considering the number of Veterans we have in Hampton Roads.

Enjoyable and refreshing customer experience. Initially, when we called to setup a tech to come out to look at a possible leak, we got some common things to check that we could resolve ourself. These guys are not just in it for the money, they really care about their customers. When I was not able to resolve it and it appeared we would need a new part, they were able to get us a tech on-site quickly. Chad was very professional and courteous and open to answering my many questions. After he fixed the issue, he went above and beyond and since I had labeled zip locks with the screws, he also replaced the panels and lift cover that I had removed for my checks. I would absolutely recommend this team. Also, the cost was very reasonable for an on-site visit including part and plumbing replacement.
