Yes! Everything about this experience was wonderful. Staff: so accommodating with answering questions, making a sale and doing followup work.Selection: great place to get old school arcades, pool tables, and just about anything game related.Value: I got a great deal on a multimedia stand up arcade with 60 games. I also asked about a cash discount and they granted me a percentage off.Brian was so great to work with.

We had stopped in the store and spoke with Mark about changing the cover on the pool table in the house we had recently purchased. He was friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I decided what we wanted to do, went back to the store and again met with Mark. They were able to schedule the work for the next week since what we wanted was in stock. Two gentlemen came to our house to recover the pool table. They were on time, friendly and they followed the safety guidelines. The quality of their work was excellent ! By chance, we noticed a billboards the drive into town. The next day we stopped and talked to Mark about redoing our pool table. He gave us great advice and we went home to check out the details knnthe pool table. We emailed him a couple days later to lock in on getting the repairs done. Mark was able to squeeze us in over the holidays while we were in town. His workers were fantastic and provided great service. Nothing but good things to say here with our experience! We will definitely use him again for any of our game room needs!

Overpriced junk in the used section. Unreasonable in making a sale. Looking for a ping pong table and was told he had discounted it and that I couldn't find it anywhere online cheaper. Took about two minutes to get the exact same one through Amazon for $50 cheaper than this clown.

We are looking for a pool table, and after flagging down the salesperson, they were busy with paperwork or something, he came over to help. Before I could finish my sentence he took a call and proceeded to chat with this person he obviously knew for about 5 minute while my husband and I stared at him. Finally my patience was gone and we walked out. He obviously did not want to make a sale.

This is a great shop! I have bought most of my furniture, replaced all beds, purchased games, a pool table, foosball table and a wonderful arcade game! The customer service is great and Mark also delivers! We have a vacation rental property business in Nags Head and we love this company. We have used them several times in the past and present. They are a "Mom and Pop" store and not a chain so they are short staffed but they make up for it with their customer service. The owner of the company is there at the store every day, either in his office or on the floor. We only use them and will only use them.

Bought an entire game room full of equipment. Very dependable, delivered and installed on time. Have been back since and always appreciated the good service!

Had a great experience with Mark starting with initial phone call looking for arcade game to add to the house we were renting. He talked with us about ages of the intended users to make sure what we were getting was appropriate. Although this was months ahead of our visit, he checked in ahead of time to insure we were satisfied. Helped arrange delivery so it was there when we arrived. Followed through to make sure we were happy and that it was working properly. He was very compassionate when he found out my wife had passed just a few weeks before our vacation. In arranging pickup after our week was over, he was concerned that we got away early to beat the traffic. Mark and his staff were very helpful and considerate and anxious to insure we had a good vacation.

Over-priced on just about everything in the store. I was told over $600 to just set up a pool table or to move within the OBX area and other companies will move from VA-beach to OBX for just over $400. After a couple visits and talking to the manager, they said they would email me an estimate for a large purchase. Never got it and they never followed up. Poor communication, poor customer service, poor pricing, poor choice if you shop here.
