Eagle Mart

It's hit or miss but this is one of the newer stations in town and currently one if the cheapest gas in town.

I stopped at the EAGLE MART gas station at 444 s Hughes Blvd, Elizabeth city.I stopped because they had the best price. Big Mistake. The pump was so slow it took forever to get 8.3 gallons. And worst of all, the pump calibration is way off. I keep track of every fill-up and I consistently get 33- 35 mpg. I got my 8.3 gallons and had driven 201.6 miles. That comes out to 24.89 mpg.The pump is way out of calibration. I complained to the clerk (waste of time) and she said that they were coming out to fix the pumps this week. Totally unsatisfactory. I am contacting the NORTH CAROLINA Division of standards. They shoud shut down until the pumps are fixed.
